而且一般这种款式也买不到了啊
再来说说GE，我家有洗碗机，ceramic glass stove和冰箱。
洗碗机漏水，虽然确实是门给摔过，但是tech service上门的时候说过这款的胶皮圈有
问题的非常多，漏水问题不算罕见
stove的glass用了2年多自己裂了个横贯上下的缝，因为不是蜘蛛网裂纹，所以推测应
该是本身有小的defect或者切割工艺啥的问题，经常使用热胀冷缩造成自己开裂了
当然这可能是所有ceramic glass stove都存在的，但是过了保质期一年多给裂那么大
缝还是很不爽
冰箱目前没啥问题，因为也不是啥fancy款式，功能越少问题越少
但是以上的经验让我对GE产生了偏见，不打算再入GE的东西，再加上最近GE股价大跌，
不是啥好信号
三星我也不是说特别喜欢啊，但是相中的几款洗衣机只看review和比较售后服务的话，
三星胜出…… |

任owner是个女的，什么improvement都没做。我做了如下装修。
1。 换天花板/墙上的灯具（kitchen, living, bed, bath). 这个简单，自己做的。材
料每个灯具几十到几百，看个人喜好。好像花了300买4-5个灯具。
2。 地板。living+2bedroom的地毯（600-700sqft）全给换成laminate wood. 自己做
的，前后花了一个月。材料costco买的，1.5/sqft, molding加工具约$300. 共$1500。
3。 楼梯(地毯换成laminate wood）和浴室铺ceramic tile地板。这个请中国人做的，
铺楼梯很贵，$50/一层， 共23层。这两个活$1600 labor + $800材料, 共$2400。
4。 kitchen和浴室的countertop都换成granite. 共51sqft. 中国人公司做的，$28/

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

他们家的价格不是最低的，但是手工超一流，膜也不错，所以综合性价比我认为是湾区
数一数二的。
湾区还有一家高大上，贴tint $800+起，但是用的是市面上最好的nano tint，效果比
最好的ceramic tint还要好。版上已经有人贴了，如果追求最完美的效果他们家是不二
的选择。 you get what you pay for.

pinnacle 系列就挺不错的，网站上也可以找local的店。

朋友家买了 First American Home Buyers Protection的Home Warranty. 他家的
ceramic cooktop 在正常使用中沿着conductive burner wires 出现crack, 一顿饭的
功夫，一整块ceramic cooktop的炉面掉下来， 炉子上就出现一个大洞。打电话给home
warranty make claim. contractor来看了，还拍了照。后来就没有消息了。 再打电
话给home warranty公司，他们说contractor 说cooktop损坏不是正常使用造成的，是
人为打击做成的，所以他们不负责修理。朋友要求看照片，他们说contractor 还没有
把照片送过来。他们要求contractor立即送过来，还有收到照片后会打电话给朋友。一
个星期过去了，朋友又两次电话去催，被告知一模一样的内容。
Home warranty公司很显然在撒谎。不管用什么方式打击出现炉面损坏跟自然方式产生
的crack肯定不一样。他们可能想用这种方式赖掉赔偿。朋友现在不知道该怎么办。... 阅读全帖 |

如果是ceramic tile，取决于面积多大
这么说吧，ceramic tile需要多道工序，期间必须有时间间隔，无论多大面积从开始
到完工需要至少2天，实木地板正常面积一天肯定铺完，所以，如果面积不大，一个要
一天工钱，一个要两天工钱。但是工作难度实际上并没有多大差别，借来必要工具都可
以自己动手解决。
如果是无缝porcelain tile的话，工作难度要大不少，自己操作比较困难，工钱要得比
较高 |
