以的。1年内居住183天就认为是resident,不用是绿卡。税务部门把我侄女的信息输入
电脑，说我侄女是partial resident, partial non resident。我听说有人给探亲的父
母办的，不过要把他们国内的收入计算在内。我父母国内收入不算低，就从来没有考虑
过。我侄女才5岁，没有收入，所以才考虑的。
我想请教办过的朋友，有没有人在国内拿到过certified copy? 还是都送护照原件去的
