偶然看到myvisajobs.com上查自己的公司，看到我已经被certified h1b (因为我那个
职位名字很特殊，100%可以肯定是我）。赶紧注册账号点进取一看，上边写的：
CASE_SUBMIT: 3/20/2012
DECISION_DATE: 3/26/2012
这个其实是LCA申请的日期，不是h1b desicison date.
想问问大家，myvisajobs上的certified仅仅指LCA被批么？并不意味着h1b 被approved

LCA。当然申请了LCA就是为了H1B做准备的。
LCA一般不会不certified的。但这个跟H1B没有一点关系了。从LCA是看不出来你的H1B
状态的。
我也在等。很沮丧。

她说这个公证只是做给你本人自己签字过的文件copy的，对于这个没有我自己签字的文
件复印件，她不知道能否做。
