nice,好几回晚上七点多给我打电话问我的情况。当时华人上推荐的。
但是给我接生的医生是组里另外一个,这个接生医生太cool了,宝宝头都看到了,她边
发短信边等我宫缩。。。。当然生产很顺利。 |

还不错,自己也玩儿的吃得很开心。
说说有家人客人过来的时候都带他们去哪儿把,当然各位比我应该都有经验,
我多年没招待过什么客人了。
工作日下班早的话可以去turf city吃海鲜,四个人吃200左右就能吃的胃冒泡儿,
海鲜新鲜,比国内便宜,什么加拿大深海大螃蟹,澳大利亚龙虾,父母吃得很开心。
如果晚饭吃得早,吃完了可以去市中心,把车开到摩天轮,先去摩天轮一圈,
然后沿着摩天轮下面的小公园,走到DNA桥,再沿着桥走去金沙的商场,
摩天轮我去过几次,觉得还是晚上去看比较好,万家灯火的,
白天或者傍晚的时候还是去金沙的空顶花园,主要是空中花园没有遮挡可以拍照。
摩天轮在capsule里面,拍照不容易。然后摩天轮下面有个吃饭的食阁,
吃点新加坡特色的小吃塞下肚子,还可以去二楼一个小鱼spa做个简单的去死皮,

本报记者李晓谜纽约报道:华埠工作组(CWG)昨(1日)召开全体会议,规划顾问
普莱特(Pratt)中心首次公布百页华埠研究报告,作为未来制定方案的参考和指标。
同时总结了上周举行的邻里大会,随后整理具体开会结果,再和全体成员一同讨论。
普莱特中心顾问组在规定时间内,完成了针对华埠和周边地区的研究报告,其中包
括人口、住房、商业等具体方面的研究。报告指出,华人在纽约市相对比较集中的分别
是曼哈顿的华埠、布碌仑的日落公园和皇后区的法拉盛。华埠作为长久以来华裔移民的
落脚点,正在从人口和规模上萎缩。
根据2000和2010年的人口普查报告显示,相对日落公园区域70%和皇后区法拉盛86%
的增加率,华埠的华人人口减少了18.9%。新移民来到华埠的增长比例,也仅增加了1.1
%。于此同时,老龄化问题愈发严重。反应到收入上来说,华埠地区大多属于中低收入
阶层,且贫困线下的比例较高。
针对土地的调查研究显示,在过去的10年内,和全纽约市的趋势相同,华埠和下东
城区域丧失了9000个租金稳定房屋。大部分华埠范围内居民的住房,超过了收入的三分

信询问。那些小拍卖行,还能征集到什么好东西? |

原来在某年某月拍卖图录里, 这样减少了很多鉴定的责任。
所以那些christie's小标签呀, lot number 呀,一定要保存好。有了这个有人疯狂举
牌。以后挣钱就靠它了。 |

有一段时间他们认为东西不对,但他们的专家请教了该领域的大牛,最后认为没问题。
。。从这件事,可以看出顶级拍卖行是很认真的,信誉就是一切。玩收藏,搞上档次的
东西,正路还是从这样的拍卖行买/卖东西。。。 |
