实验下皮肤的敏感性). NOWFOODS等都有基底卖,比如JOJOBA,GRAPESEED,OLIVE等.我狂
爱精油,所
以基本什么品种都收了,也愿意自己折腾着调和.如果MM想要BLEND的,这些牌子有的也是
有些调好
的,例如我手上有的ROMAN CHAMOMILE(IN JOJOBA OIL)和FRANKINCENSE OIL BLEND等,前
者是QURA
CACIA的,后者是NOW FOODS的.
AURA CACIA的贴心处在于也都写建议用法和功效,例如上面的说的那个就写RELAXING,当然如果做

发帖数: 5654 | 24 前些时候我发了一篇“也说埃及神油”后不少姐妹问我用神油的程序，我现在就小谈我
每天护肤的步骤。
先说我用神油的步骤：洗脸—》Toner—》ANR眼霜和面部精华—》神油，按摩很重要，
眼部我用的眼保健操的步骤，面部按摩就参考了田中按摩。神油用了也快一个月了，效
果很好，颧骨上的色癍基本没了，眼不周围的细纹也消失的七七八八。
其实我护肤的程序和用神油的步骤没啥大区别：
• 洗脸。非常重要的一步。我目前用的是cetaphil gental skin cleaner,
但T Zone我用Clarins cleaning milk。顺便提一句啊, 如果你们鼻子上有黑头，
Clarins的这款洗面奶真是太有效了。我用过好几种去黑头的东东都没有用，让我郁闷
了很久。但我用了Clarins后，现在鼻子上是非常的干净，不过它的效果不是一下子就
可以看到的，稍微耐心点啊。我隔三差五的也用磨砂膏去死皮，我用的是最便宜的St.
Ives apricot scrub，The body shop的Honey&oat 3in1 scrub mask 也很棒，便宜但

在看您给的植物图，对照植物图花集，原来是kamille
，Matricaria recutita or German chamomile
在瑞士这里kamille是传统的Heilpflanze。

个都用过，两个都喜欢。好吸收，绝对不刺激，我觉得效果是有的，我嘴角一条表情细
纹四个月之后终于消失了。
前提是，必须要不吝啬地用，而且，要在皮肤充分清洁之后用。去角质死皮之后，才容
易充分吸收养分。年岁渐长，新陈代谢真的越来越慢了，皮肤不经过彻底清洁，那些补
品就吃不进去，反而会堵毛孔爆豆子。
另外， Jurlique的东西也不错的，天然温和，但是效果还是有的，就一个缺点——贵
。vitacost.com上面有，但是种类不齐全，而且经常backorder，因为价钱相对便宜，
所以很多人虎视眈眈地盯着哄抢。我最喜欢他们家的mist,作toner用很好。rose,
lavender还有Chamomile Soothing Mist 都不错。
洗脸我推荐一个我推荐了很多次很多次的东西，不贵的，香港价钱sasa买更便宜，sana的豆乳洗面奶，洗得很干净而且也很舒服。
还要推荐，强烈推荐Humphreys这个牌子的东西，尤其是皮肤混合性敏感的人，可以考
虑尝试他们家的那个给敏感皮肤的系列，真的不错 |
