最近在ebay卖了一个400多的ASUS Transformer Book Flip, 还有一个100多的tablet,
都是全新的，都是用过几天就说不能charge, 或者take forever to charge. 而且只发
message, 没open case.
我是不太相信有这么多charging issue. 不过像这种message怎么回？直接叫buyer找
warranty?

，然后发现balance掉得飞快。LD注意了一下，觉得每次好像都charge多了，然后我上
account history一看，居然每个incoming call都有两笔一模一样的charge，而且这个
现象早在6个月之前（网上能看到的最早的记录）就有，实在是太恶心了。我们有两个
号码，都有同样情况。
给他们打了俩电话了，第一次说72小时内有人给我回复，结果一个星期过去毫无反应。
第二次说还在pending，结果又等了俩星期还没人回复。今天又打了电话，这回的rep又
说第一次的case根本没file，让我hold了很久，重新给了个很长的case number，还信

贷款的所有利息应该约$120,000。Prepaid Finance Charges也只是约$2000左右
我们不需要付mortgage insurance
但是我们的Finance Charge 是133,400
（133,400 - 120,000 - 2000 = 11,400）
这$11,400会是什么Charge呢？

我有一个chase的checking account，平常不怎么用的，本来马上准备关掉了，上面就
留了几刀的balance。
前两天用这个checking account买了两个coupon，要transfer 几分钱，结果突然被
chase charge了一个service fee（这个问题比较复杂，暂且不和它理论），一下次账
户清零了。然后paypal的transaction是清零之后到的，就charge了我90$的fee。
打电话要，说要我keep account alive 12个月后再给我70$（每个月还会charge
service fee）。
吵了半天，还是不给搞。一群chase贱人。
我想问一下，这个checking account如果我关了，然后不理会负的balance，是不是会
对我的信用score造成影响（用ssn开的）？或者是chase丫继续charge我钱？

1月31号查了帐户一下还有pending charge，是一开始的charge。
然后过了一两天这个pending charge就消失了，到现在也没有变成posted transaction
。电话问了下AMEX，说是merchant还没有claim charge。我想问下有人遇到过这情况么
？除了等着还有别的什么可做的么？

我是头天下午5：30去的医院，6点被收了，当时已经在active labor。但是由于一直没

上有笔pending transaction，后来就没管这事儿。今天上网随便看看竟然charge在1.5
，打电话去问解释说他家一直是收到货之后才charge。虽然差了50刀也不是太大的损失
，但感觉吃了苍蝇。一来，其他家像bestbuy是当天就post的，不管哪天delivery；二
来，这种情况当场应该告知消费者。我了解网上消费是shipping date才charge，不知
道现场买还有这招。反复看了长长的收据小票，完全没有提到delivery以后charge的事
情。
先问了discover，他们说即使macy's同意，也没有机会retrospectively apply reward
。Macy’s态度不咋样，打电话到店里推来推去，也没说个所以然来。

我每次收到statement都是直接付清statement balance。可是有两次被citi莫名其妙
charge了interest。后来打电话，他们说我没有付清，我说每次都点的statement
balance那个按钮，怎么会没有付清？后来他们说可能搞错了，给waive了。今天又发现
一笔charge，可是上一次的balance明明已经付清。打电话去问，又是个老印接电话，
怎么说都说不清楚，也听不懂。nnd。
有人遇到过类似情况吗？我感觉citi在付帐的时候搞鬼。你点付那个statement balance，其实付的不一定是statement balance，有时候比statement balance要少一些。然后他们就以此为依据来charge你利息。 |

loan里有origination charge 8800$, 但是银行给了些credit for this special
interest rate, 接着就有一项 adjusted origination charge -500$(当时拿到的利率
比市场价高，首次买房，不懂啊）
那我能claim这个8800$的origination charge为pre-paid interest么？
因为报税已经过了，需要file 1040x,如果可以，需要file那张loan的hud作为依据？
另：之后的refinance,可以把origination charge/30year(or 360months)来抵税么？ |

我住过两个apartment,每个差不多都是1年的样子。第一个走的时候charge了80，因为
没洗地毯，第二个其本没有被charge。我都是走之前在craigslist上找cleaner和
carpet cleaner，说好是move-out clean，要收据。此外，move-out inspection的时
候一定要在场，不能让他们乱来，因为你在场，而且你有收据，如果leasing office的
人不满意，就找cleaner回来，做到满意为止。这样，leasing office的人也就没有办
法来charge你了。
我看很多童鞋都自己做，做完了还被charge。与其这么累，还不如花点小钱，省心省力

1.临走时我和室友花了103美元帮他的房子清洗地毯，找的professional cleaning公司
，有收据为证。
2.他拍了照片说地上，马桶等不干净，但照片很模糊而且没开闪光灯。但我走的时候花
了1天专门清洗的很干净，而且当时留了个心眼，自己也拍了照片。我相信看了我拍的

3.墙上有5个很大的洞，他说每个洞5美元。这些洞我搬来的时候就有了，当时搬进来我

就让我做这个。
早上一去就遭无数人打趣，我觉得带有隐隐的妒忌吧，不断地问我我这个charge nurse
的工作内容是什么？有什么事可做的？然后开始七嘴八舌地给我指派任务，说既然有
charge nurse了，那这些那些应该你都包了吧？....一早上无数任务，既有上头给的，
也有同事给的，一天下来马不停蹄，饭也吃不上，每个人有啥丁点大的事就两手一滩，
扯着嗓子喊：“charge~~~blahblah..."感觉都快趴下了，还是有人问, 你干了啥？啊
干那些事儿能干8个小时啊？
觉得原来floor nurse干得好好的，时间自己支配，虽然有时候忙，可没人会觉得你没
干活。自己的活干完了，顺便帮帮别人，大家都开开心心的。不像现在，我就成了他们
的佣人，他们觉得忙不过来的就该我干，可我自己有很多上头派下来的收集整理工作，
一整个unit的orders和labs都我接，我报告给医生本来就已经很花时间了。更别提那所
有的电话秘书只要拿不定主意都叫我接....
心好累，压力好大，我晚上又该失眠了，唉... |
