因为tracking information显示的是"At the destination Post office",没有显示
delivery.但是Paypal 全部cover了。

俺想,得,把东西拿回来先, 单独给IT PAY了个MERCHANDISE PAYMENT (RETURN SHIPPING
+ 3%), IT 把东西寄回来, 俺又列了卖了(东西压跟没问题,第二个买家很HAPPY, 其实
第二次俺还涨了点价).
快半年了, 俺早把来回SHIPPING WRITE OFF了, 谁知今天PP 来鸿, 说是PP 代表俺
DISPUTE 那个CHARGEBACK 赢了, LOG IN 进去一看果然钱回来了. 那傻X 买家现在是夫
人和兵都没了. 俺咋办? 东西不大, 百把还不到.

相当mean的病人，尽量避免打交道，买了一台150左右的打印机，说是坏的，上来就
return request，我同意了她的request，然后她也没和我交流直接neg,并且A-Z加
chargeback说要我full refund，我给了return label让她先退回来再说。
收到退货打印机之后，发现SN number也被撕了，打印机盒子也没有，明显的以旧换新
，觉得很不可理喻，并且A to Z和chargeback拖了很长时间，case一直pending，我也
就没主动退她钱，今天给我发信说我欠她150+20利息，不然就小额法庭见。
她的A-Z和chargeback AMZ可能认为我同意了她的return request她还chargeback没有
必要，所以判我赢，
我不是很想给她full refund，但是她选的理由是defective，另外她撕了SN number，

buyer用过的地址如下。我的是后面2个。如果file chargeback,只能去报警了。可能还要到local去因为涉案数目有点大。

11/23寄出，11/26 DELIVER。FEDEX 网站显示病人签收，但是没有UPLOAD真实的签名页
面。
昨天病人Email来问，说没有收到。我告诉他已经DELIVER了，而且有签名。 他说他没
有签名，想看看FEDEX真实的签名页面。 我问FEDEX要了真实的签名FOWARD给他，他说
不认识这个签名，不是他签的。
请教大牛们接下来应该怎么办 ？？
我的打算：
1. 让他FILE POLICE REPORT . 如果他是EVIL BUYER， 可能会把他吓跑
2. 让他FILE CREDIT CHARGEBACK。 根据以往经验，CC CHARGEBACK比AMZ A-Z 好对付
一些。我这个CASE FEDEX有签名，即使输了CC CHARGEBACK， AMZ应该也能COVER
SELLER
3. FILE CLAIM WITH FEDEX. 但是不知道成功的几率有多大？ |

给不明真理的局外人营造一点气氛，只是在制造网络垃圾信息。
所以我不奉陪这些网络暴民了。你们的世界，我理解不了，也没精力去尝试理解了。
但是要提醒一些不明真相的网友：珍惜你自己的credit card chargeback权利。这是你
获得的privilege, 千万不要受人蛊惑去abuse，那样吃亏的只有你自己。可能你现在不
明白一些可能的后果，但将来等你找工作、买房子的时候，自然会知道的。所以不要轻
易地、频繁地去credit card chargeback，而在该出手时再出手，这样方显出真正的价
值。另外，如果你是用了paypal，然后通过credit card去chargeback，你的paypal一

别白费功夫了。
如果他黑钱在先，然后你CHARGEBACK失败，再怎么你CHARGEBACK，那也不是他现在还继
续黑钱的理由。
对方最好能把最后一次$100确实是你花掉了，不是黑掉了的证据公布出来，不然道义上
我还是支持你。但是劝告你，要回$100别抱希望了。

个chargeback，说是unauthorized payment，Paypal一通调查，dispute了这个，结果
那边的银行又dispute回来，Paypal就把这损失算到我头上了。
真的只想说QNMLGBD，先不说那个买家一看名字就是垃圾老墨，真要是被盗用了信用卡
你TMD会过两个月才chargeback？！
就算是被盗用了，Paypal你TMD是吃屎的啊，凭什么这个损失要卖家承担？我怎么可能
知道是否盗用，而且20刀的chargeback fee还要我出。尼玛就算在天朝也没有这么厚脸
皮的吧。昨天一看见邮件，真是火冒了十几丈高，只有马上把Paypal账户和那张用了一
年多的Paypal信用卡关了 |

较高。
Rating Trend 里面可以看到没有FBA （merchant-fulfilled）的分数，merchant-
fulfilled我的分数是0.9左右。
你常在版上说别人纵容evil，你自己从来没碰到难缠的buyer？ 难缠的buyer碰到一次
，如果死扛，az+neg+chargeback会扣掉5分/order。下面这个参数你有几个？碰到难缠
的buyer你会怎么处理？

Expired order (Order not fulfilled for an extended period)

paypal说拥护file chargeback，以为是普通骗子file unauthorized chargeback我没
在意，因为常有。没想到几十天后的今天paypal把钱拿走了，说是
buyer file的是not as describe case，所以没有保护，信用卡公司判buyer赢，他们
也没有办法。 问他们是哪家信用卡公司买几百块钱的东西不用return就返钱，paypal
也不肯告诉我。 真想知道这是哪家信用卡公司，那大家不就都可以不用上班了，天天
坐在家里发财，整个美国的网上business 不就全down了？
这种reroute的buyer一般是unauthorized chargeback啊，也可能是paypal在骗我从而
避免cover我的损失。给fedex打电话fedex也说不管说没有first attempt也可以
reroute package。
