of items in Sch A. In general, contributions to charitable organizations may
be deducted up to 50% of adjusted gross income.
Normally, you would take the bigger amount of Sch A or your standard
deduction. If you want to learn more, you can go to IRS.gov and print out a
Sch A so that you know what goes on that form. As Kicolly mentioned, if you

么问题猜测颇多，有说是疫苗里有慢性毒，会让被注射者多年后毒发身亡；有说是会导
致被注射者不育。反正在这个谣言里，比尔就是个杀人魔王。
第一个谣言很久以前我就听说过，最近又重新听人提起。对这个谣言我一直有个疑问：
比尔已经捐出数百亿美金，如果是为了避税，他避的税该比这个数目要大吧？这也太夸

可是没有问的。 但是， 如果你在联邦政府，也就是irs拿到了tax except，可如果以
此要求在州里申请 charitable status 搞 donation, 那是要回答很多问题供人审查了
。而你回答了，人家批不批就是人家的事了。 我想，你应当对此蛮明白的，要不你为
啥到现在都没有得到加州政府许可。
至于你现在要解释说你这什么组织，accef,一部分活动是服务会员的就不算是
charitable, 可你忘了看你们网站上是如何陈述的，你也忘了你们当初公开捐款时有是
咋样说的？

如下图所示，2010 年度OCEF 收到的捐款中，80%的捐款来源于20%的捐款人。

美国的红十字会的overhead难道不是更多么?
5%算是不多了,我见过有些慈善机构50%的overhead都有阿.
下面的来自某个地方的政府报告,列表是把几乎100% -85%的钱都自己花了机构.
也就是说捐出去的从0% - 15%左右,太长,我贴个sample
最后一列是百分比, 就是说85%以上的都是overhead了....

couple hundred each to a few charities. My company, a private company,
matches employee donation 1 to 1 up to a fairly generous limit. When there
were major natural disasters in China, I donate in the thousands through red
cross.

If yes, then he lied in his tax returns
If no, the he lied, repeatedly, about his "generous" charitable donations.

those charities end up being "expense" of those organizations (90%~98%?) ,
