定性为 charitable purpose 的，那么本来也不能免税，注册也没用。如果是定性为
charitable purpose 的，那么没注册就不可以在州里免税，联邦那一部分还是可以的。 |

在州里不注册的后果，目前看到的，一个是不能在州里做 charitable purpose 的募捐

很震惊，不知真假。
大意是说，康蕾与一个骗捐集团 (ACCEF)合作骗捐，这个集团就是一开始就是康的捐
款的组织，所收到的捐款按比例提成的。这个组织号称是慈善组织，其实从来没有公开
过账目。
这个组织的负责人（网名fakemask)就是当年把SDER的人送去坐牢的那个。

我们公司没有donation match的policy，我追问后，告诉如果manager同意，可以作
case by case的match。他们关心的不过是 “if xxxx wants the company to
contribute he must give us specific information, and then the tax or
charitable number so the company can write it off.”
现在正在push他们同意给公司所有愿意捐的人都match。
另外，如果有人考虑对工作前途的影响，我的看法是，push for人道救援只有好处，不
用担心。

以前曾经看过美国一个新闻周刊有关捐献效率的文章(找不到了...)，具体数字不记得
了，只记得效率比想象的低很多...我以前有一个老美室友，做得就是Fundraiser这行
，他也跟我提到fundraiser抽头的比例不低。
下面是一个网站的报道，比较了几个州的捐献效率，从32%到59%不等。

值得提醒的是这个32%-59%只是扣除了fundraiser开支之后的进慈善机构钱，还没有扣
除慈善机构自己的管理费，运营费等各种费用。这些费用累加起来，也能占到慈善机构
收入的6%(好的)-90%(坏的)。这样实际用到慈善项目上的钱就比32%-59%更少了。
进了慈善项目的钱还会有些人事物流的花销，真正受捐人的得益就更少了。
很多慈善机构会报一个比较高的捐献效率的百分比，但这百分比不少是根据慈善机构真

自己缩在个州税极地的地方，全部收入都是cap gain，出来毁别人。
最简单的，保税的时候，capital loss deduction填0，charitable contribution
deduction填0。
再要多交税，设一个基金，每半年把他的所有投资有那个基金买过去，再卖回个他，
long term 变short term。wash trade for negative tax benefit。全都解决了。
抱完税，再另写张1000万的支票给IRS。IRS依法可以照单全收。
