And in case the radiation level is harmful when the fallout comes, we would probably all know. 状态的手机一部。 水葱gg的声音清彻悦耳，一听就知到是好人。 自从他上周答应要接偶
去Perimer跳舞后偶就兴奋的一夜没睡好觉。 为什么呢？ 因为偶搬到湾区快一年了都没
有机会跳舞，也没和这里的组织接上头。 现在终于有机会重新回到圈子里，自然是兴奋
的不得了，为了跳舞专门带了两双舞鞋…（yiled仍在忆苦思甜中，众人：快说重点！）
那个，话说chernobyl与偶上了高速，很快就到了Perimer Ballroom。 其间偶们对各自的
舞蹈史作了简短的交流，同时偶也了解到那天是清华举办的舞会。 偶对清华的舞会一直
十分向往，虽然偶没有机会在清华念大学，但是能在这里参加清华的舞会还是令偶感到偶
的人生又完整了一点。
偶们到达时Perimer正在上salsa，本着不跳白不跳的精神偶们也跟着一起学。 那晚教的
动作比较简单，不过其中有一个swivel还是很有意思的。 跳了一会儿，水葱的两个ppmm

PWR is different from the Soviet Unions Chernobyl's style and resemble more
of the USA style. The problems with Chernobyl and Three Miles Island nuclear
reactors are management and a positive feedback in the system when the
system is at fault.
GCNR is better because of the inherent negative feedback to prevent runaway

福岛第一核电厂的六座反应堆，现在全部有问题。 1号反应堆在大地震翌日（上周六）

中央到地方的高官以及他们的家属，都笼罩着由日本传过来的核辐射的威胁，这个威胁
与日俱增而并没有减少。
根据最近的消息，联合国国际原子能总署发出警告，日本福岛核电一厂已经停止了运作
的核子反应炉可能发生再凝结状态。也就是说，炉内核物质原来已经停止了核分裂，但
是因为不明的原因，现在又重新进入了分裂的连锁反应，这样一来，恐怕会导致核辐射
外泄增加，国际原子能总署建议日本，应该扩大核电厂周围的疏散范围。如果这部分燃
料再重新进入凝结状态，那么目前仍然在核电厂里几百名的福岛勇士，都陷入了非常危
急的威胁之中，不仅仅面对随时爆炸的危险，爆炸瞬间闪烁的蓝光，具有大量杀伤力的
中子跟伽玛射线也会大量的放出。
这个消息出来，也就是说，在今后的日子里头，从日本传入到中国的高空，以后降入到
中国大地的核辐射将会增加。那为什么说中南海笼罩在恐惧之中呢？因为中南海这些高
官们都生活在中国大地上，除非他们离开中国，要么，不管他是高官，他的家属、他的

1986年4月26日当地时间1点24分，苏联的乌克兰共和国切尔诺贝利（Чорноб
иль，Chernobyl）核能发电厂（原本以列宁的名字来命名）发生严重泄漏及爆炸事
故。事故导致31人当场死亡，上万人由于放射性物质远期影响而致命或重病，至今仍有
被放射线影响而导致畸形胎儿的出生。这是有史以来最严重的核事故。外泄的辐射尘随
着大气飘散到前苏联的西部地区、东欧地区、北欧的斯堪地维亚半岛。乌克兰、白俄罗
斯、俄罗斯受污染最为严重，由于风向的关系，据估计约有60%的放射性物质落在白俄
罗斯的土地。此事故引起大众对于前苏联的核电厂安全性的关注，事故也间接导致了苏
