发帖数: 3877 | 3 I-693表格规定，任何人都必须做TB test。如果TB test后的48－72小时内，红斑尺寸
大于5mm,则需要做chest x-ray examination.
你太太现在怀孕了，为了宝宝健康，她的确不适合做chest x-ray。这种情况下，取决
于移民官的“同情”尺度了，他可以reject掉你的I-485申请，也可以不reject。
但过去有很多网友遇到类似情形，也是怀孕了，先把其他类别体检了（没有做chest x-ray），
递上了I-485，移民官也没有reject，后来申请人收到了medical RFE, 宝宝正好出生了，
因此就将chest x-ray补充上去了，就没事了。
你也可以这样试一试。为了提高成功率，你可以要求你的医生写一个official statement：
The applicant is not recommended for chest x-ray right now due to pregnancy.

chest, night stand),一个选择是 4 pieces set (配的图片是 bed, chest, night

。客服就转到了parts department，拖了一个多礼拜，才回复我说4 pieces set不包括
chest，网页上写着。我回到网页看仔细看了一遍，确实写着 Set includes: One (1)

太坑爹了，居然把mirror算一个piece，只是因为没安装到dresser之前是独立的一个
piece。mirror本来就是dresser的一部分，这种背后两长木条结构的Mirror根本就不能
单独用的，只能装在dresser上面。我就argue说，既然不包括chest,那照片也太忽悠人

p90x Plyometrics，开始p90x。这是第二次做plyometrics，3月份试练过一次，热身运
动之后就趴下了，几个月后瘦了5－7lb，再练居然能坚持下来，虽然后半段依然累得要
死。

p90x Shoulders & Arms，哑铃只得三磅，但仍然觉得压力超大，太弱了……

p90x Chest & Back，没有办法做引体向上的部分，改作举举小哑铃

p90x Yoga X，这一套大约2／3的部分都是太阳式连接各种动作，强度蛮大，倒立姿势

LZ has a fairly flat chest, so low-cut necks should be avoided. Besides the
low cut neck, the big knot across the chest brings even more attention to

MedicalCareer/31532399.html）。目前申请日期日近，OB基本终结，该考的试也都考
了，难得空闲。在Labor Day假期时再写下过去4个月的OB经历，给自己一个了解，也给
考板的战友们一点借鉴。
OB并不如有些朋友想象的那么容易找。现在越来越多的教学医院不再接受OB的申请，
private practice则更没有动力来让人来shadow。如果打算走正规渠道的，建议及早申
请，不要等到CK/CS考完、申请即将开始之前才行动。至于非正规渠道，则是八仙过海
，各显神通，但也要及早积累关系。与我经历而言，四处碰壁之后，终于在一个
community hospital ED、一个free clinic、和一个university hospital ED做了三个
OB，在下文中一一道来。我打算申请Emergency Medicine，所以主要精力都花在ED和
primary care上了。由于目前我还是全职postdoc，所以做OB不得不见缝插针，去lab很

Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应

MCQ没有资格说，CCS有一点小感受，拿出来分享下。大家请轻拍砖。
复习资料：
UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

最近给家里两岁的小朋友换car seat，先买了个graco的，别的都还好，可是坐了没两
天，小家伙居然自己把chest clip打开了，我去店里看了graco其他型号的car seat,都
是一样的chest clip，我自己觉得这个搭扣很重要，所以打算放弃这个牌子。然后就买
了britax的一款convertible car seat,回来装好后，ld质疑，这个car seat为啥这么
高？小朋友坐在上面，腰与车窗一样高了，他认为这样很不安全，整个上身暴露在车窗
高度，碰撞的时候，肯定容易受伤。相比之下，他更偏向graco的car seat，因为比较
矮一些，那个chest clip的问题，他觉得没关系，反正小朋友也不是每次都打开，还说
欧洲的car seat连chest clip都没有，可见不是大问题。

这回二次体检，因为怀孕，做了血检，还是阳性。
但是不想现在做胸透，是否只能等生完孩子再胸透完了才能拿到693？移民局网站上写

如果这样又要等大半年，好难熬；请问有没有朋友遇到同类情况，在移民医生那里通融

因为生理周期的缘故，也或许是中午印度餐buffet吃得太多了，跑得非常狼
狈，一路上都在找厕所，甚至考虑要钻小树林了。终归觉得不好，到最后一

body part recover fully (no soreness and tightness and gain full strength
back).
You are young and may recover very fast. If so, you can do, let's say, Mon -
- Chest; Tue -- Back; Wed -- Shoulder/arms; Thur -- rest or abs; Fri --
Chest; Sat -- Back; Sun -- Shoulder/arms; Mon -- rest or abs; Tue -- Chest;
...
Or you can combine Chest with Triceps, Back with Biceps and add legs in
your workout, like FFF suggested. |
