bladelee is right. I just did my renewal for ACLS.
No more mouth to mouth CPR . This was changed in 2008, but it is being re-
emphasized. If you see someone down in the parking lot, ask them if they are
ok, if they don't respond, just start chest compressions.
NO mouth to mouth.
No more "look, listen, and feel" for breathing. Just start compressions. This doesn't apply to hospitalized patients or ER patients. In the hospital, you can have someone bag them

又有一个礼拜没正经作过力量训练了。
今天想了想,觉得器械能不能推起来也无所谓,
可原来就差的上肢力量基础不能荒废了啊,
所以最后赶紧补上了上肢力量练习:D
哑铃侧平举:8LB × 10 + 10
哑铃前平举:5LB × 10 + 10
仰卧飞鸟:8LB × 20
reverse fly:8LB × 10 + 10
箭步蹲举:10LB × 10 + 10
chest press: 120LB * 3 + 100LB * 5
overhead press: 120LB * 3 + 100LB * 5
sitting row: 130LB * 20
器械没有好好作,因为原来计划中就没有,我也没好好想该怎么作,
怕胡乱作受伤,就稍微作了几个。现在重量开始大了,不敢象以前那样瞎作了,呵呵。
今天继续感受了一下chest press和overhead press,觉得最大的难点就是启动的时候。
具体就是,chest press把两个把手从肩膀两侧向前推起来,
overhead press把把手从肩膀两侧向上推起来的时候,异常吃力,
一旦推过了肩膀的平行点,再继续作下去就好得多。

我隔天练,一次2小时左右,CARDIO 20MINS--2。3 MILES,
WEIGHT LIFTING TRAINING ON CHEST, BENCH PRESS (FLAT ,DECLINE)
DUMPBELL TRAINING:UPPER ARM, SHOULDER,
SIT UP :ABS
PULLING DOWN: BACK
ROWING:SHOULDER AND LAT
DUMBBELL:BACKWARD LIFTING
SIT UP:ABS
总之:一天练CHEST, ARM, ABS
另一天练UPPER CHEST, BACK, SHOULDER, ABS,
少练腿。但每次跑2-3 MILES, 加5分中UPHILL WALKING。

要带女儿去三个不同的地方,算来算去只有70分钟可以跑步,想想就跑快一点
好了。最后最快心跳居然到了170。看来还是没有完全恢复,要不就是退步了。

这个练习是Bench Press这些训练的一个很好的补充,正好练习上半身没练
到的部位。

很慢。老想看看骑车马拉松的距离怎么样,一边看韩剧,一边慢慢骑,差不
多两个小时,没觉得累。

跑得慢,但是后半程跑了几次fartlek,Garmin记录最高速度达到9.3mph。

看来我遇到瓶颈了,为了能推重一点,决定还是尽量用115磅的,即使不能
做一组5次,4次也好。
又做了一次2000米划船机测试,注意多用身体和蹬腿,9:29,终于进了
9:30以下。

家里来了客人,陪着开车上了Pikes Peak。上面的雪山景色美极了。不知是
不是高山上(14'er)缺氧的原因,头有点疼,想了下没有去跑步,骑车算了。

第一次跑步有个伴。年轻人,虽然以前从没跑过这么长,居然也坚持下来了。
天气很好,气温适宜但我的心跳比以前跑10的pace时还高。很久不练cardio,
退步实在太多了。

Incline Bench Press: 85x8x5
Chest Flies: 25x6x5

觉得肩膀有点不适,临时改成低重量的了。这样次数多了总重量也就多了。

7. dealing with pains: my body was so used to sedentary lifestyle. I had
lots of pains in my body the first few months even with light weights. My
shoulder rotate calf would be in pain when doing incline bench press. My
shoulder blade points would be killing me when I do lat pulldown. One of my
fingers (had a deep cut years ago) was so 'hurt' and painful that I cannot
bend it for a few weeks. I almost called doctor for checkups. Then all of a

shoulder raise 3 set, 10 rep 45lb
standing front raise 3 set, 10 rep 25lb
bent over row 3 set, 10 rep 60lb
flat chest press 3 set 8 rep. 25lb later change to 15lb.
tricep pushdown 3 set, 10 rep, 55lb.

很不错啊
我现在还在练怎么breathe into the belly. 以前重量轻的时候, 都是breathe into
the chest. 现在深蹲重量稍微大了, 才发现那样呼吸不对, 而且大重量在肩的时候那
样breathe into the chest根本不可行.

13年夏天开始骑车跑步啥的,11月中正式开始去gym吧,期间到这个版上看各路大神受
无限激励。圣诞节又荒废了十天(大吃大喝),一月回来又开始认真健身。
先说一下数据吧,现在比11月减了大概10磅,到了135lb (172cm)。不知道是不是太
瘦,看到网上都建议要先增重再减脂,有点犹豫。
现在每周的健身由gym和羽毛球组成(没办法喜欢打球)。周一三五早上慢跑20分钟后
去gym做dumbell和cable pull各三组练chest,周一三六晚上一个半小时的羽毛球后外
加ab ripper x练习腹肌。其他部分的肌肉想靠羽毛球综合锻炼到就可以了。
最后说一下饮食吧,除去圣诞节胡吃海喝,现在每天早上一杯protein shake加一根香
蕉,中午米饭+肉+蔬菜(就是中餐的套餐类),晚上smoke salmon+salad,如果要
打羽毛球会吃一些米饭再加一杯protein shake,睡觉前吃一个orange。看网上说要一
天六顿,不过现在的条件实在没办法做到。
现在的问题是:
1)chest感觉太小(特别是感觉胸肌和腹肌的比例不足),我去的gym很小没有barbell

I think it is partly mental.
The 1st time I tried 120, the weight felt heavy after a lift-off, I gave up
quickly near the chest area.
The 2nd time I pushed it maybe a couple of inches off my chest, but got
stuck there. (That's why I think leg drive can help me get through that
sticking point).
My upper back sinks a little bit when I push heavy weight off my chest.
I probably need to touch heavy weight more often.

Agree. In terms of beefing up the chest, I am at the lower end of the gene
pool.
My six pack has been with me since my teenage years. However, no matter
what I do, my chest muscle just stays thin. Granted, I have never seriously
worked on body-building. But still, if running and playing hoops can
strengthen and enlarge my abs, why cannot it work wonders on my chest
muscles, too??

老子强烈怀疑测量有误。
我08年底的measurement是
chest skinfold 13.9;abdomen skinfold 16.9;Thigh skinfold 11.8
昨天量
chest skinfold 11.5;abdomen skinfold 13.2;Thigh skinfold 18.2
chest和abdomen的靠谱,尼玛大腿上怎么可能多出来那么多。。。
而且VO2 max居然只有37。。。。
