右。但在7月份以后，产量占世界的97%以上（也有说95%的）的中国政府对稀土的限产
和出口控制的进一步加强，导致价格进一步飚升到年初价格的7倍左右。中国的稀土资

少国内稀土企业互相恶性压价和得到世界范围的定价权；提高稀土产品的附加值（就是
