新泽西州西温莎市(West Windsor)26日发生一宗重大车祸，任职美国教育测验服务中心
(ETS)的43岁华人女子蒋露比(Ruby Chiang，译音)伤势严重，一直在医院加急病房抢救
，家人共同协商，决定放弃治疗，同意28日拔掉维生管子。
警方27日上午表示，该宗车祸是于26日上午9时30分左右发生，蒋女至今尚未脱离险境
。.西温莎-普兰斯堡学区委员仲宇27日晚前往探视车祸受害人蒋露比的丈夫蒋罗伯特(
Robert Chiang，译音)一家。仲宇表示，蒋露比在美出生，获悉她遭遇严重车祸后，其

成“常凯申”，成为中国名校制造的又一起学术笑料。
中央编译出版社去年出版了《中俄国界东段学术史研究：中国、俄国、西方学者视
野中的中俄国界东段问题》，编者是清华大学历史系的王奇副教授，该书的主要内容是
系统梳理中国（包括台湾），俄罗斯及西方学者对中俄国界问题的研究成果。仅仅从出
现的问题来看，这本书应该属于应景和应付之作。书中有太多的误拼和误译，其中最离
谱的当属把蒋介石的英文名Chiang Kai-shek翻译成常凯申(百度快照，豆瓣原文已删)
。高山杉列出多处名字错译： 乔治（George N. Curzon）→寇松勋爵；林海青（Hsia
Ching-lin）→夏晋麟（作者还不如把Hsia Ching-lin还原成“林青霞”呢）；罗金帮
（Lo Jung-pang）→罗荣邦；常凯申（Chiang Kai-shek）→蒋介石; 胡良辰（Hu
Liang-chen）→胡良珍（这位台湾学者的论文《中俄尼布楚界约的检讨》在第25页著录
过，可一换成威氏拼音Hu Liang-chen，作者就认不出来了 |

“常凯申”误译事件
“常凯申”误译事件出現在清华大学历史系副主任王奇所著《中俄国界东段学术史研究
：中国、俄国、西方学者视野中的中俄国界东段问题》。《中俄國界東段學術史研究》
原來只有兩章，分別關於中國及港台學者和俄羅斯及蘇聯學者的研究，後來王奇加入關
於西方學者的第三章時，因時間倉卒而來不及校對[1]。该书由中央编译出版社于2008
年10月出版，2009年6月被發現書中第三章多處錯譯人名、期刊、書名、出版地和出版
社，其中包括把英文資料中的Chiang Kai-shek（蒋介石）誤译成常凯申。其中一些中
國人名字出現「錯譯」，是因為他們的英文名以當時流行的威妥瑪拼音拼寫，與現時在
中國大陸通行的漢語拼音不同[2]。
2009年6月19日，中央编译出版社表示已停止这本书的发行，并就审校工作中的失误向
读者表示歉意。

Actually, when Japan took northeast 3 provinces and all the factories and

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

不太理解中国文化，所以有时候流于肤浅，但有个例外，就是Jay Taylor的两本书，
作者花了大量时间搜集第一手材料，几乎每一页都有据可查，一个老外能钻研多
年故纸堆，整出大量史实写这本书还是不容易的，
特别是在书的最后，作者写了他自己对蒋毛二人对现代化中国的贡献的评价，
我觉得基本就是历史对二人的评价了。

都是编辑代领。
不过大家也不必动辄拿 Ted Chiang 的作品拿来和华文
作家比人后叫人家收手。个人观点： Ted Chiang 是「
近十年」科奇幻作家中的短篇第一高手，这个席次和
James Patrick Kelly 分享。

4、方舟子打假的“四项基本原则”
方舟子“打假”，有“四项基本原则”：
第一， 只要是仇人，没假也要打；
第二， 只要是朋友，有假也不打；
第三， 只要给我钱，我就帮你打；
第四， 只要跟我干，包你不挨打。
下面，就举几个方舟子坚决不打假的例子。
一、饶毅
2010年7月17日，有人指出打假斗士方舟子根据自己的博士论文整理发表的那篇JBC论文
有伪造试验结果的嫌疑。7月24日，北京大学生命科学学院院长饶毅在自己的博客上透
露，有人化名饶晕，冒充北大生科院的教授，给JBC编辑部写信举报。编委会向饶毅院
长查证，饶毅院长说查无此人。并且，饶毅还宣布“编委会也发现方是民的论文没有造
假。”人们震惊于JBC的工作效率，——饶晕的信是22号发出的，24号是周六——，于

字不详。到底是姓Lee还是姓Chiang也不清楚。他在《海内外知识分子关于肖传国诉方
舟子案的公开信》上签名时，说自己是“美国Trinity 大学数学系系主任”、教授。但
其真正的工作单位是“美国华盛顿Trinity 大学”、真正的职务是教研组组长（该校只
有四名数学教师，很可能是轮流坐庄当“系主任”）。他的职称也不是教授，而是副教
授。这样的大假，方舟子不但不打，他还蒙面出来为他作解释，结果越描越黑。（详见

闲话少说. 有以下的事情可以做.我自己肯定会去做, 不过需要更多的人参与进来, 是
爷们的可以实名, 有家小有担心但是有良心的, 可以用匿名, 做以下的事情
1. 这些同案犯都很可能用清华的学历申请的工作. 查到他们的management chain,
给chain 上面每个人发一个信, 简单告知事情原委, 附上他们之间的通信. 就算不给
fire, 职场上面留个 stigma
2. 给sw的现任老公发信, 告诉他枕边人当初用假名字, 假生日来美国, 为了逃脱18
年前投毒案, 让他自己小心了. 给个链接让他自己google translate 去
3. 如果有私家侦探, 真不怕查不出来 wei kozlowski 在哪里上班(只要每天守她家
门口看她去哪里高就就行). 搞到她工作单位后, 先揭发她 清华 文凭是假的 (她
很有可能用清华申请工作), 让她公司HR 联系国内, 就可以发现她生日也是假的/

老子一查，很真是，二战的时候就是甘肃石油管理局的局长。要知道抗战的时候，中国
唯一能自己产油的是甘肃玉门油田，据有战略意义。从四川后方运，基本是运3桶最后
剩1桶，因为汽车来回要消耗2/3. 抗战的时候中国购买海外炼油设备想增加产能，结果
保密工作不到家，或者说鬼子情报很厉害，半路给炸了。
