2.分发到editorial board里具体负责某个方向的教授，然后该教授推荐或指定审稿人

是谁就不知道了。
我审稿的几个杂志，信都是写给editor in chief，但是回信和最后安排我审稿的是
manager editor，用的是为对外公开的他们自己的个人编辑部邮箱。 |

不要在材料中提，介绍推荐人的时候，突出他是chief scientist，并且有资格评价你
