发帖数: 1025 | 1 上这个版大概才两个多月，今年年初才开始给各个journal的编辑发邮件求审稿。之前
审稿是0。目前两个月不到，审了4篇journal和2篇会议。联系了12个journal的编辑，
发了大概20封邮件，有2/3的人都回复了邮件，感谢volunteer，并且说会把我放在他们
reviewer的list里。感觉回复率还算高，应该至少会陆陆续续还有文章过来审。攒rp，
回馈本版，分享下，我自己积攒的一些小心得。
1. 邮件模板我用的就是在这个版上找到的
2. 我邮件附上的CV里加了research interests，根据每个journal稍微修改下
3. 联系编辑
版上都说不要联系editor in chief，要联系associate editors。这个道理大部分
情况下适用。印象中我开始找review的时候，还不知道这点，发了一个editor in
chief,美国的Journal，主编直接回复我说他不负责assign reviews，让我找xxx。
但我发现如果journal是欧洲的，一般需要要联系editor in chief。主要原因 （1

所以政党提名、公民提名，是绝对不可行的，没有法理依据的。况且香港并没有真正的
政党，所有的政党都是团体、公司，法律地位上没有政党，也没有政党条例。因为没有
政党，因此也就没有执政党。
没有执政党概念，怎么可能会有政党轮替的选举制度？
既然如此，那就得按照第45条来。不管以后什么时候，不管2047前还是后，只要这份基
本法还是有效，你就必须按照这个45条来。特别注意的是，45条中，多次用到“
selection”，而只用到一次election。
也许香港人唯一可以争取的，就是这个committee是怎么组成的。这个是可以在实践中
不断优化的。
