We stayed in Hawks Cay resort on Duck key (on a small key between key west
and miami) one time. very relaxing with small kids. You can rent a villa
that includes everything. |

at night when u on lift. quite crowded b4 3:30pm but not more after that. I could be stopless on trail and lift.
it was good b/c of the snow storm last week. I'm new to NC so not sure how it is without snowing. |

发帖数: 257 | 13 给要去的同学提个醒。如果从Sawtooth Pass 上的话，一定要原路返回Sawtooth Pass
下山。那天我们想抄近路下山，被卡在半山上下不得，折腾老半天才下到山脚，回到
trail head 已经9点多了。同去的两个人以前都上去过，还搞成这样，很诡异。
Trail Head 的牌子上有一句：Create an inviting but chilly destination for
hikers and backpackers。 我深有体会。 |

walking distance of each other. And there are concerts held at the
millenium park on a regular basis during the summer. It is a little chilly
to go see the lake now, especially during the night time, b/c of the weather
. During july/august, it is really nice to sit at the millenium park, while
listening the concert, you can smell the fragrance of the grass and feel
the breezy of the wind from the lake. |

there more than 20 times during the past 4 years for rock climbing and
hiking.
Pontiac lake trail is my favorite mountain biking trail. I try to go there
every weekend when it's in season and I'm in shape. It's a bit challenging
for me. To warm up for the season before I head for Pontiac, I usually do
both MTB loops in Island Lake for conditioning.
Hine's drive is my favorite place for road biking.

peninsula, 但叶子都是绿色的，感觉不过瘾。今年打算10月份的第一个礼拜开车再去
北密，以及加拿大那边转转。计划在up camping for 2 nights. 我现在准备带
1.camping tent
2.air mattress
3.bug/bear spray
4.deer alert/whistle
5.hammer(for getting the screws of the tent into the ground)
我现在想知道还需要带个high beam flashlight吗？我之前晚上camping, 用车灯照亮
就可以了。如果需要的话，买哪种比较好？also, 有必要再弄个outdoor gps吗？因为
这次我想去那边玩的时候顺便再拍拍照片，所以应该就我一个人去了，不找人。如果一
个人单独去的话，还有什么需要注意的吗？知道那边鹿多，而且很有可能为了拍照会起
早贪黑，所以我已经买了2个防鹿的了, 呵呵

fumble真是老大难问题了，应该学会什么时候该跑出界拉倒，什么时候该冲，丢那个球
根本就没必要往前冲，已经1st down了。发叔挺可怜，逃不脱cold weather和落后17分
后输球的宿命。
估计Vikings今年playoff也就one and done了，扶不起的阿斗。搞不懂老板为啥急急忙
忙的跟chilly续约。 |

i love that city, it's so charming compared to ugly Jersey; it's so warm
compared to the chilly winter here; it's so much closer to home! housing
costs is so much lower. plus if you are in IT field, west coast is better in

出来后, 从植物园走过去, 是个farmers' market(open on sat and sun only). On
chilly winter days, they serve hot apple cider freshly made from organic
apples. :) You could find all kind of origanic fruits and vegs here, the
best tasting homemade cookies, bread, cheese and cakes, pretty plants and
beautiful flowers. Got some apples, finger potatoes, greens and a free range
chicken. |

决定全家归了. 一个二线城市, 房价在1万左右, 单位补助后, 应该在6000左右. 夫妻
美国全职工作6年, 绿卡4年, 算了一下, 包括提空401K, 房子卖掉, 应该一共有250 万
左右人民比. 国内没房, 不准备贷款买房. 一切办下来, 要花大概150万, 还剩100万,
放到银行作为双方父母的养老和看病准备金.
估计前1-2年, 不会攒下钱, 以后有了灰色收入, 在给孩子们攒学费吧. 希望他们长大
后, 在重复我们的过程, 回到美国, 因为他们是美国国籍, 我不要求他们放弃国籍, 长
大自己选择把.
我回的城市不要求孩子落户, 一样上学, 也不交赞助费. 这点我很喜欢. |

我的第一份工作在Wendy's，我对Wendy's有特殊喜好。闷热的儿童节正午，太阳毒晒下，我独自坐地铁跑到Wendy's吃午饭。如果当年Wendy's给员工免费餐，我可能就钟爱各式汉堡了，但小气的Wendy's只给员工半价，所以小气的我喜欢的东西都是dollar menu上的，哦，对不住，咱纽约地皮太贵了，咱这儿是没有dollar menu的。。。长话短说，今天点了chicken nuggets kid's meal 和 chilli，共计$7.45。小气的我坐在小气到不肯开足冷气的快餐店，看着＂昂贵＂的帐单心中很不是滋味，想当初我吃这些东西只须付三分之一的钱。

没有拍风景照。收获不错，因为怕收拾，就直接在船上让人FILET了，下午就在朋友家
BBQ了。其实很浪费。朋友留了几条送人，这才想起来拍几张鱼照。那几条红的，FLAG
FISH,CHILLI PEPPER很是美味。 |
