Muffin是我喜欢的早餐点心之一。许久没有做带巧克力的点心了，也许是节日气氛的影响，突然很想吃巧克力，我通常喜欢吃60%--70%Cocoa的黑巧克力，所以就把70%的大块黑巧克力掰成小块和在面团里。这款小蛋糕趁热吃(或是用微波炉热10秒钟)，黑巧克力融化开的味道非常好。
虽然看起来步骤比较多，但做起来非常快，准备料大概要10--15分钟就好了。我通常Baking的习惯是把糖，油的量尽量减低但又不影响大体味道，所以我的recipe不像美式的那么甜腻。出于健康考虑有的recipe我也会换一部分普通面粉为全麦粉(1/4--1/2)；把whole milk换成1%，2%milk；heavy cream 换成 fat free sour cream，有的时候要实验几次才会找到合适的比例和口味，所以一定要写下来和朋友分享。
巧克力核桃小蛋糕
需要的材料:

cook)之类的，如果找不着可以问问店员，情人节快到了，老外店会大量进货的
可以用橄榄油，但是一定要注意火候，很容易烤过，小火慢慢烤就好了，我也不记得自
己一般烤多久了，但是时间不会很长的 |

发帖数: 2407 | 18 去年做过这款面包，可惜当时功力有限，并不出彩。今年，我把这款面包介绍给大家，
详细记下了"ultimate bread"的方子。
2 1/2 tsp yeast
350ml water
500g unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
200g pitted prunes, roughly chopped
200g bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
先将酵母溶入100ml的水中，静置五分钟。
将面粉和盐混合均匀，中间挖一个洞，倒入溶解好的酵母水。再加上剩下的250ml的水。
揉好面团，面团这是会很湿润，但是没关系，因为之后，我们还要加入其它材料。
此时进行第一次发酵，发酵到两倍大。
拍下膨胀的面团，静置10分钟。
将剩下的材料揉入面团里。
将模具刷油，将面团整成长的loaf状，然后放入模具发酵。第二次发酵到面团高出模具
2.5厘米。
预热烤箱350F。烤制45分钟。
冷却。 |

，而且这段时间一直也没有怀上孕，也跟这个有关。
现在她在国内休假，到老家的省城的肿瘤医院检查结果跟这美国医生说法一样。 要手
术切除，尽可能少切除保住一部分卵巢，这样有可能还有排卵功能。
我的问题是，在美国做好呢还是在国内做。从设备上说，美国的好些，像3D B超什么的
。但家里也说国内这算个小手术，医生做很多，有很多临床经验。美国的好处是设备环
境好些，保险cover，缺点是医生有一说一，不给什么建议。国内的医院病人很多，环
境差些，但小手术只要住几天医院就可以了，家里人多可以照顾，可以托人找手艺好的
医生。 但不知道是否真的做得能比美国好，而且全自费，手术费用1.5万RMB，外加住
院和给医生啊，麻醉的什么的钱，真的还是咱中国的游戏规则。
我们在美国没看过大病，无从对比，在犹豫怎么办。 不知道哪位有经验可以说下建议
。BTW, we live 60 miles away from San Francisco.不知道有没有医生和医院可以推
荐 (Kaiser plan)

I bought 6 bags and used 6 coupons, scan the left of the coupon directly 3.
99$ deducted. Finally, I used 3$ off 15$ coupon.
4.5*6-3.99*6-3$=0.06$ +8%tax=1.98$
The cashier was a black girl, she was so so so nice. She tried several times
for this transaction, because both of us forgot there was tax. In my mind
after all the coupons the chocolate should be almost free.

It is a new store which has 3 off 10 coupon in their ad this week. I asked
my husband find something he needs to get more than 10 so that I could use
the store coupon. He pickup up 6 small bags (3 ct/bag) of lindt chocolate
which says $1.29 each $2/2.
I checked out and cashier told me it was only $7.XX or so I could not use
the coupon. But I knew I shoud pay more than $7 even with 3/10. So I checked
out without coupon.
