发帖数: 2073 | 1 本人自称梦想就是成为chocolatier. 喜欢各种chocolate truffles, 最喜欢的要数
truffettes, 这里只有圣诞节前有卖。其味道香浓细腻，入口即化。其实室温就能使之
粘连，表面一层chocolate dust在室温下也会很快不见。但不要放入冰箱储存，影响口
感，最好的方法就是快点吃掉。
Roche现在看起来一般，稍甜，不过口感松脆，而且是小时候的最爱，有回忆在其中。
Baci's外层的黑巧克力很纯正，可整体口感比较钝，每个小球带的fortune note倒很可
爱。
经常吃的是lindor，最好是mixed，各种口味都很有特色，口感润滑香甜，但多吃几颗
就腻了。
Godiva名气在外，但每次吃完都留不下记忆，还不如M城的一些手工巧克力店。最喜欢
其中一家的chocolate fondue，可选择99% black到white chocolate好几种口味。还有
他们家最赋特色的chocolate shots，酒量不好的很可能喝高。
Chocolate bar里面，最喜欢kinder bueno. 不解释，你们懂的。

吗”，我就先出门了。
一个多小时后我们回家，一开门小不点居然已经在门口greet我们，我的第一个反应就
是，完了，茶几上的巧克力一定被她吃得一点也不剩了！我很了解我家小不点儿，她平
时是一只很乖很规矩的小女孩狗，我们在她面前吃东西她从来都会装出一副很有风度的
样子，对吃的表现得很有克制力。但实际上她是一直惦记着食物的，一旦人前脚一走开
，她后脚立刻变成一只最猥琐的小狗，猛虎扑兔一样的飞奔着去偷吃东西（亲眼见过很
多次）。今天的情况应该就是这样，可能因为混乱，所有的人都以为狗已经被安顿好了
，我们就一行人出了门。回来茶几上一看果然如我所料，巧克力全部被吃得光光的。我
连她是以什么顺序吃掉的都知道，一定是先吃了reese peanut butter，然后吃了white
chocolate with hazelnut，最后可能还吃了蓝粉白色的marshmallow。
以前从来没有遇到过这种情况，只知道chocolate对狗来说是highly toxic的，甚至可

因是我懒，我刚才拿着手机坐在沙发上，懒得去拿笔和草稿纸）。于是我 scan 了这句
句子三遍还是四遍：

然后我直接在脑子里，没有真正走那个 author 想要的心中画个图论 graph。我直接在

ADD，但就是对于 neuro-typical 的人群而言，chunking 对于大脑保持 focus 非常重
要。因为人类大脑的自我保护机制，对于 scattered / un-comprehensible info，大
脑会自动放弃 focus，以免超频太多而烧毁。
或者那前面的实际例子，下面的 before / after chunking，哪个大脑更加能保持
focus，更加记得住大概，并且用大概信息 predict 以及 proper shift focus，吧：

就拿前面的蛋糕含糖量的例子。军医要求画个马工 graph，看起来好像是 spatial
thinker，但是 chunking 成三个变量（包括 more vs less），这还是暴露了 verbal
thinker 的本质。
而 spatial thinker 最终 chunking 成两个变量，location vs order。
这里的 location 是 spatial 变量，是不是军医都一样。
这里的 order，军医 chunking 成两个变量 (cake type vs sugar) 的 "more vs less
"，但非军医最终 chunking 成一个变量叫 “order”，而 “order” 可以是一个单一
chunk 的 temporal 变量。
至于为啥 “order” 可以是一个单一 chunk 的 temporal 变量，这个小学问题下一贴
说。我这里先重新贴出前面的 chunking。

stuff. I would consider chocolate a better choice. With $50, you can buy a
small box of high-end exotic chocolate. Most people like chocolate and don'

black chocolate is really good (cocoa at least over 65%), but you are not
supposed to take more than 75 cal a day from black chocolate.
If you like chocolate, I highly recommend the dark chocolate covered cocoa
nibs from trader joe's. The cocoa nibs is really good (very bitter though)
and can stop your cravings. One small drop is only 1 cal. You can put it in
your purse and eat it whenever you crave for sweet. |

8/7: 没到一个月整,但又到生理周期了, 就再记一下.
这个月吃得和前面差不多,但最多只又降了两磅,到142LB. 两个月共掉8磅,150->142.
希望到月底至少再减2磅.
有个症状,不知和少吃碳水有没有关系, 就是我近两个月时常会有一阵胸闷,象有股压力
从胸口顶到嗓子眼,再冲到太阳穴,头发晕发涨. 我打电话给大夫,每次他都叫我去急诊,
第二次电话后我就去了,结果也没查出啥来. 我没觉得饿,但也会是血糖太低引起的吗?
急诊时查的血象里的糖是正常的. 还有我近来睡觉也不好,睡四,五个小时就醒.

整一个月了， 基本没运动， 主要是减了米面点心， 没饿着。今早最轻时称１４４LB
， 比一个月前少了６磅。自觉还可。继续努力。

也许是昨天坐了5小时的车，我的腰疼已经扩散变严重，开始spasm，一点不能弯，越来
越接近腰椎间盘突出前的样子。犯病了我就只能卧床了。LD说去问hotel找个医院看看，
我小农有点犹豫，心想没有保险肯定贵死人。可想想也没别的办法，要不就只能立马该机
票回家看医生调养。
照例下楼吃早餐:
hotel的高大男非常非常帮忙，跟他讲了情况后主动帮我把去急诊室挂号，我的病情病
史，上次医生怎么用药的话，都翻译成西班牙文写在一张小纸上。还说了好几遍他最担
心的是语言不通给看错病开错药. 这人看上去很严肃但非常nice, 做事认真负责，心
细周到，有典型阿根廷人说话罗嗦的特点。LD问没有保险会不会很贵，人家一愣，‘what? it is
free'，LD也楞'what? free?' 。紧张了半天，原来阿根廷是全民医保(universal
