%) was just an assumption/example that many people use to help understand
the benefit of a tax shelter. A tax shelter alone, be it roth or something
else, certainly is not going to do the magic. Any way, the point I was
making was not about whether you should invest in stocks/bonds/commodities.
But I see your logic. The stock market can be indeed frustrating...

my individual stocks. What I'm not a big fan is jumping in and out
frequently.
The philosophy behind B&H to my understanding is as long as the economy or
the particular company will grow x amount over y years, it will take you
from A to B (the levels are of course vague). It doesn't matter during the

最近迷上这个刮头皮，还在学习当中，就先谈谈体会心得，我还是蝌蚪，有很多需要改
进的地方，请大家多提意见啊。
首先谈刮头皮的优势：
1) 机会多。比如某天大盘很平稳，ES 上下浮动不超过5个点，你如果ST的话，最多就5
个点，但是如果刮头皮的话，可能10个点。如果大盘很choppy，那也是刮头皮的好时间
，反正上下都有机会。Range market 也是好时机。
2）风险小。因为你呆在市场里面时间很短，从几秒到几分，市场不会crush 你。你有
充分的时间逃跑，如果你做反了的话。
3）small profits add up。可能很多人瞧不起这一笔挣个20 或 50 块的。但是如果每
天能稳定，我强调稳定，得挣上400左右的话，你自己算算，那一个月就是8k 左右。很
多人可能ST 一笔挣很大，但是下次判断错误又输回去了。所以刮头皮应该强调稳定盈
利。
4）可以不怎么关心大盘。刮头皮没有overnight position，你不用担心第二天出不利
于你的坏消息。

这周到今天清除了所有的Positions，账户All Cash。安心过节了。
炒股到现在，账户YTD增加 +102% 今年四月以前账户起起伏伏，始终是一个range。甚是痛

Get Short Cotton on any rally
I like selling rallies now in Cotton.
Last Thursday, on the 31st, Cotton got very bullish numbers on that crop
report.
Since then it has moved sideways to lower. When a market gets bullish news
and does not rally, that is a sign of weakness.
For a good spec, consider buying CN 168 or 155 puts for the CN 168 put will
cost you 4k. the 155 put will cost you 2K.
Today is April 14th. These options expire in 57 days on Jun 10th.

choppy range最难得是卖出点，你的利润在于你合理的把握每个possible max point.
今天早盘高开是个非常好的点。
然后你自己应该心里有个预判，今天大本不会有任何预算QE3,所以大盘是个很好的
release机会，然后你的卖出是为了在低点买回和side line观察动静，提高再次trade
的 成功率 :)
另外今天134.5x附近是个日内比较好的入点，你可以止损在134.4x，这样合算吧
