/0已到, 准备这个周末再赴哈德逊峡谷。不巧这几天突然降温，又有一股强冷锋这个周
末将至。一直在纠结，去还是不去。
打电话了解到不能延期了，因为紧随的几个TRIP都已经满员了，只有下个周末还有空位
。看着窗外逐渐变红的枫叶，意识到秋天的脚步加快了，眼看冬天马上来临，东岸的
TUNA季节很快就要结束，决定还是去。因为这次冷锋很强，会压倒性占优，不形成雨带
，也就是说不下雨，感觉要好很多；风浪很大，估计去的人少，船少，不会很拥挤；气
温骤降，但水温下降不会太快，机会还是有的。
一到码头，立马傻眼，人来了真不少，比上次多。还有不少钓TUNA的名流。罗斯本季曾
捕获近300磅的BIGEYE TUNA。上船前在码头旁边的渔具店巧遇罗斯。他人很NICE和热情
。当时我选中了一个中等大小的鱿鱼JIG，问老板大小是否合适。得到老板首肯并买下
后。正在旁边的罗斯主动表示，在船上愿意提供给我其他大小的JIG使用，因为有时大

The race started 7pm last night. I would cover the first 50 miles in less
than 9 hours with ease. At the time 100 miles felt like a piece of cake in
24 hours, and I was easily on pace to 120. But my right ankle started to get
real sore in the front. I couldn't flex my ankle and it was extremely
painful to land on my heels. So I ran short choppy strides on my forefoot
and midfoot. But then even that hurt real bad, on hard surface at least. So

not true. I know plenty of skiers who look great with their pose, and their
edge control, on easy green slopes, but when starring down steep bumpy crud
powder, loses their form very quickly. I have no problem carving
beautifully down a green or a blue slope, but when faced with choppy bumps,
uneven moguls, half-baked 3 feet deep crud powders, I can't find my rhythm,

around 7:20am. It’s my first open water with a wet suite. I tried it last
night at home and it’s quite an effort to put it on and take off. This
morning I applied some Vaseline around ankle and calf area. It was much
easier to put on the suite with the help of lubricant. Also make sure you
get to use the bathroom before you put on the wet suite. Otherwise you would
redo 75% of the work.

，铁人的泳姿都要比专业游泳运动员更不需要glide一些（更choppy）。否则，一个浪
过来就能让你的glide完全停住。
你的速度很好了，20秒／50米，坚持这样游成绩应该提高很快。 |

不如左侧走水（跟游泳池比）。不过印象里老美奥运开水trial的前几名都是第二个人
的风格，难怪成绩很差。
第二个画外音讲这种办法对付choppy open water更好。我看不见得。如果碰上连续的
两三尺大浪，第二个体力消耗反而会更快一些。 |

.. i have never seen any 5.0 have choppy game as the white shirt.
red shirt has a better flow of game, but if that's his normal game, IMO his

清晨，趁着天晴，我们去海边照相。最有趣的是，我居然把打鸣叫醒我后睡回笼觉的那
只公鸡给找到了。好家伙，一只公鸡带着N只母鸡，这不是皇帝般的生活嘛。我悄莫声
儿地摸上去，没想到这家伙一眼看到了我，领着它的小母鸡们一溜烟小跑，飞过铁丝网
跑到隔壁去了，那机敏的动作，仿佛让我看到了“马达加斯加”中四只企鹅的身影，牛
大发了。
一早八点，告别了choppy, 告别turtle beach lodge,我们乘船疾驰，船公还是昨日
boat tour的 Augusto, 这一回，连开快艇的感觉都有了。
导游在船上教用棕榈叶做绿蚂蚱，小乖在虫儿的帮忙下做的起劲，一口气做了三只，得
意地起名为：hopper, hoppy, and hopping.
话说船到一处浅滩，Augusto是左摆右绕就是过不去，之后下水去推，弄着浑身湿答答

I have to say, it is a hell of fun.
The game runs very smooth, about 10% better (performance wise) than beta. I
have to turn everything to low to play beta. It is also very choppy in beta.
But, wow, the final version is so smooth, framerate is very stable.
Most problems occurred in beta are fixed. Bullet damage is reduced, now I
have more reaction time for every enemy encounter. Lag is somewhat improved,

直就剩哭了，下台时人都傻了，这歌他根本唱不了，黄妈凭借超人的天赋想找回来，也
只能很choppy地唱完，后面有点儿oversing，但调还是挺准的。黄妈要是自己唱这歌，
能唱得不错。
不过黄妈整晚都有点儿oversing, 有点儿过于激动，不够淡定。

所以给人一种choppy的感觉。
中国人的汉语发音一般是元音结尾的，没有“pig"只有”皮“。所以不容易掌握如何发
好"pig", "pit"区别。特别是单词以”l"结尾时发不好：比如“fail"里面的l不发出来
，而发成fei-o. |

IMHO, I only do ETF with my regular portfolio of which I actively manage.
While ETFs are more nimble and cheaper, as far as risk is concerned it is
really not that much different from stock picking. For 401K, since everyting
is super-longterm, I really need actively managed funds for better hedging
and risk control.

程序快速切换不错，常用程序切换无需回到home screen, 如果程序支持多任务切换的

程序切换动画比以前好看
电池寿命貌似在3GS上改进了。我基本上是wifi上网，一个半小时之后用掉大约17%,
but needs more testing.

如果不是的话，是你的MBP不行。1080P的信息量还是很大的。
如果是的话，很可能是IS的问题。如果有选项可以disable就disable。没选项的话，基
