家中餐馆都有的Chop Suey中文意思是什么，看我不知所措，就开始绘声绘色地讲Chop
Suey的来源：
话说美国开发西部的时候，有中国人开了一家餐馆，生意很旺。一天晚上将要关门，有
醉酒的牛仔砰砰砰放着枪飞奔而来，进门就要吃的。餐馆白天生意太好，厨房里已经没
有任何东西。牛仔不理不睬，放着枪就是要吃的。吓得战战兢兢的老板只好说稍等，自
己跑进厨房犯愁：实在是没有可吃的东西了。最后老板四下看看，就把几角旮旯打扫一
遍，挑拣一下放到炒锅里一炒端出来给牛仔，心想反正是活不了了，不如糊弄一下，不
定能捡条命。没想到牛仔吃得津津有味，完了一块美元甩到桌上，还问这道菜叫什么名
字。老板：还能叫什么呀，就是一盘子Chop Suey啦！随后这牛仔每天都来要Chop Suey
，然后就有了这道发明于美国的中国菜。
当时就想，Chop Suey应该是杂碎，可是在中国，杂碎是下水啊！一直过了些年，对海
外华人的心酸史了解得多了些，才最后明白，这是Chop Suey这道著名的西式中餐产生

Ingredient:
6片 chopped porkloin (or pork chop)
3个Macintosh 苹果
一盒brussle
一把gold French potato （一个大Idaho土豆切块代替也可）
3根胡萝卜
黑胡椒，parsley flakes，淀粉，cinnamon，vodka，葱，生抽，糖，盐，油。
步骤：
porkloin每片一分为二，出去多余的脂肪和筋膜。葱末、parsley、盐、生抽、vodka与
肉拌匀，放在一边等着入味。然后烧水准备Brussels等sidedish。
怎么处理Brussels呢？要把外层的黄叶摘掉，冲洗掉泥沙，从根部切个X形刀法。土豆
洗净，也是同样一个切成4快。胡萝卜切滚刀块就行。
热锅冷油，到油6成热的时候撒parsley和黑胡椒，逐一放肉片，平铺在锅底。火候减到
中小火。等到肉片的侧面2/3变白就可以翻面了。翻面以后撒第二遍盐，再放一次
parsley，盖上锅盖，继续中小火煎至全熟。约4分钟关火，余热让肉的香味和汁水都留

(xbox)经常变成类似heel flick向前的一个动作，有时候偶尔做出一下，也不知道怎么
做出来的。Left stick在做之前要松开吗？

那末chop就象风, 飘进来,一会就走了. 每次不到20分钟的样子.
可想而知,他是来下快棋的.
这正合了我的胃口.
那时常和我下棋的smaoker, desertz, 老实说我觉得比我还稍有不如, NNGS的1K和
1D, 可谓是最准确的了. 大概就是差一先的样子. 当然我当时不知道smoker就是
zcaptain. 大禹同志在NNGS可是一直是1d*. 那个微软的desertz, 起先我老赢他, 后来
他居然还能长棋了. 从NNGS 1K, 下成了1D, 在IGS也升到了4d32. 而另外一个老1K
string, 却生了孩子后,连mitbbs也不来了. Sigh.
于是就想找水平一样的下. 而chop正好满足了我的这个欲望. 因为他只下快棋.
chop那时我只记得他用的是syracuse.
我查了一下, 不包括马甲, 我们之间下了20盘.全是快棋, 胜负各半.
syracuse不常来, 我自觉得和他水平相当(只指快棋),所以当年平时还怪想他的,老

into ziplock bag, close, put into warm water, thaw.
then take them out, put on plate, microwave for 2 minutes, then take out,
put into hot pan with oil, sear for about 30seconds to 45 seconds.
it's tender inside because the inside is cooked by microwave. with no
microwave, the outside would be too chewy |

我有240,000 in chip, 另外两个人分别是130,000和80,000。BB是8000，BB increase
every 15 mins.
chop的话我分420（先是说我分400，我说我分450，最后谈下来我分420），其他两个人
评分剩余的钱. 其实我本身是想继续打的，但是第二天还要上课，已经10点半了，所以
