and wide. A lot of people went up the top and had to take Belt parkway as
their oly choice, that's what you experienced. it's narrow, and it's almost
always in the shade, there is no sun to that side of mountain and thus a lot
of icy buildups.
Take the D lift instead, you can get off Broadway directly.
If you are already on the top, sometimes it's not a bad idea to chute down
Hellgate and that will again take you to the |

last year's trip. i only did a few runs there and i must missed something.
i am looking at a trail map and i see some db runs with trees below "the
bookends". do you refer to that area? going to check it out next month. |

pass to carpool with. There is a group of ppl get Squaw season pass deal
earlier but the deal is not available now. the regular price of the squaw
season pass is too high for anyone not living tahoe local.
6 pack is about flexibility. I pick those i like(squaw,kirkwood,mt rose) and
sale those i do not go(northstar,heavenly,sierra). I can choose among
resorts depending on snow condition(for example,i hope "chutes" is open i |

spend some time to get familiar with this mountain and hope the nevada side
is better. if i cannot suffer it anymore, i may just hit kt22, granite chief
, or "the chutes" in powder days. |

发帖数: 1327 | 18 I have never been Jackson Hole so I compare the challenging level by overall
steepness and roughly, feet per acre.
Considering vertical drop per area, Jackson Hole's overall steepness is hard
to compete in USA. Of caurse, Snowbird are among them with about 20% less
vertical drop in the same 2500 acres. The Chutes in your home resort(may i
call it this way?:) offers 1500ft in 200 acres, which makes it tahoe's most
challenging slope.

果把所有的道加权平均的话，Squaw应该更高。

gives rates to lift on trail map(green,blue,black) but I didn't see rating
for each trail.
I guess one of the reasons is that it is quite an open mountain so it is
hard to define the trails and you may pick the route down without much
restriction of the trail, through trees, chutes, cliffs, bowls. The overall
rating of the lift is a little bit hard than other tahoe resorts. Like for

bowls, chutes. How often do you see moguls being formed at Mammoth? Wind is
part of the reason. Wind loading helps to recondition the majority of the
resort constantly there. Wind also helps evaporation and cause dryer surface

attention to it and enjoy the reward of less tiring quad, less fear and and
fewer falls and progress from there, slowly but surely.
if you want to expedite the process, find some low hazard zone of simple
steep and narrow chutes where turn is not possible, and take-offs (rock,
cornice, or park); and start adrenaline run. The humiliation (possibly pain)
falling backward either in speedy steeps or simple air plus the excitem |

disconnected patches of snow) is the famous Schmidiot's. Several other named
