看了一下Amazon上的review，很心动，想装一个。现总结一下：
工作原理：
在离热水器最远的faucet底下，装hot water circulating pump。一根管子接热水，一
根管子接冷水。在不用水的时候，circulating pump把微量的水从热水管pump到冷水
管，让热水保持循环流动，使得热水管里的水一直是热的。这样，不管你打开哪个水龙
头，在几秒中之内，水龙头就有热水流出。
pump有sensor，水温降到一定程度才开始工作。也可以定时，在你睡觉或上班的时候，
停止循环。这样，有利节省能源。
好处：
1. 在寒冷的冬天，任何时候马上就有热水用。不用放很长时间的冷水。

要打电话或email的话，可能和广告部或媒体部联系更容易。我没有试过，我用

了编辑的证明信，信里写着是本杂志是international 发行的。但看大家都是在搜集其

还有citation，也用了编辑的证明，说引用多少次，并没有象大家那样都打印出来，不
知道行不行。

authorship 要求提交杂志是nationally或internationally circulated 的证据，
judge 也要求提交record是national international的证据。所以找了杂志编辑写证明
信，也把citation给写上了，但RFE并没有提这个。
这样是不是就可以呢？ |
