citation的evidence。即使是contribution，如果你仔细看rfe template里面的要求，
citation也只是可以提供的证据之一，不是required。提供citation作为contribution
的证据，是因为这个证据最容易。
我在下面把uscis对authorship和contribution里面2项的要求都贴了出来，排版比较烂，大家将就看。。。

律师的基本策略就是综合利用其余两个较强的claim的evidence，基本要点是：
1. 我的paper都是在IEEE和Springer的杂志和会议，简单的说“It is clear that these journals and conference proceedings are professional publications and have international circulation."没有其它任何证据（比如排名，接受率低之类的，律师总是说journal牛不能说明我牛，坚决不用journal的排名。其实我有很多journal和conference的排名都是top的，律师在PL里一个字都不提）

11月20日前请采取有效行动
2013年，加州议会通过AB1266 (简称”厕所法案”)，也被戏称为“男女同厕”法案。
该法案允许中小学生根据自认性别(而不是生理性别)，任意进入男厕或女厕，异性浴室
，更衣间等设施。该法案审议之际，即遭到众多政治人物，学区委员和家长的强烈反对
，认为在少儿教育场所强制执行这种法案并不合适。
法案通过后，引发社会两极化反响。拥护者认为AB1266体现了平等包容理念，维护变性
学生尊严。反对者则认为任何学生无需家长同意或医生证明，就能根据自认性别随便进
入异性公厕或者浴室，分明是牺牲绝大多数学生的隐私，并可能为性侵者创造更多犯案
机会。
反对AB1266民间组织Privacy for All为了阻止牺牲绝大多数学生隐私的事情在加州中
小学校园蔓延，号召加州选民参加民间组织的公投提案签名活动。
