发帖数: 1663 | 5 记得今天早些时候有一帖问到如何知道我们的文章是否名列 Top 1-2% most cited
article。我琢磨了一下，得出以下一个简单的解决办法。不知是否可行，还请各位大
牛前辈们指正。
首先确定你比较有潜力的一篇牛文（例如引用最多的那个）。然后到ISI web of
knowledge 去收索与你这篇相近的一个关键词（例如‘EB-1A’），一般你会得到几百-
上千的文献。利用ISI中的’refine’ tool，narrow down收索结果： (1). 如果你的
牛文发表于2006，就refine Year from 2006 to 2012。 (2). Then select Only
articles，No review, No abstract。 最后做一下排序（sort by time cited--
highest to lowest ），这样你就可以拿你的文章和2006年以后发表的其他牛文作一个
引用次数的比较了（引用多的排在最前面）。
比较理想的状态就是你的牛文名列前茅（例如rank #3），假如关于‘EB-1A’的2006年

我cite 某本书。我大概翻了下，这本书和我的文章不是直接相关的。如果一定要扯上
关系，那要在比较高的层面上。可是如果到了那个层面上，相关的理论可就太多了。
但又怎么样呢？我还不是要硬着头皮细细的读这本对我用处不大的书，绞尽脑汁的想想

they can't (and should not) cite an under-review paper.
if they were the reviewers and disclosed the papers they handled, that's a
violation of their non-disclosure-agreement; if they are the authors, they
have to be aware of the risk if the paper get rejected.
they should have cited a conference paper of that work if it was presented
previously. |

收到信后发现，基本就是和正常的RFE一样。
除了几项和本版中很多RFE列出的一样，有一项原来没有见过：
"Submit evidence that you are one of the small percentage who has risen to
the very top of your field of endevor".
本人打算从两方面回复：
1. 让老板和独立推荐人再出几封信， 说明我是one of the small percentage in the
field；
2. 想出示有关文章引用的证据 "some of my papers are in the the small
percentage of most top cited papers in the same topic/journal?" 我有几篇近
年发表的文章都有30+ 的citation. 可能满足5% most top cited papers in the sam |
