1. citicard是张debit card，debit card和credit
card有什么区别，就是你手上的citicard和visa card的区别了。
1) debit card不能在网上购物，而credit card可以。
2) debit card直接和你的银行帐户挂钩，实际上用起来和NETS卡是一样的。帐户里没钱
的话，是无法用debit card买东西的，而credit card是发卡公司帮你付先，月底清帐。
3) 用credit card购物有时会有折扣(当然，citicard也有很多店给折扣)，而且，还可以
积累credit points，然后那这些点数去换东西，比如电影票什么的。
2. citicard的号码又是你的internet banking的user id，配合你的PIN，就可以从网上
查询你的帐户情况，交易记录及进行其他的活动，如pay bill, 设定giro等等。

现在有一个问题，当eth0,eth1都开时，两台机器都无法访问citicards.com这个网站（
只有这个网站无法访问！）。必须ifdown eth1后才能用ubuntu访问。请问为什么会这
样？怎样查找原因？
没开ICS之前访问citicards.com一切正常。 |

租车公司），然后priceline用它自己的支付方式，把钱给某租车公司。故，你无法享
受citicard提供的“Auto Rental Insurance”。但是，这并不意味着你必须购买租车

租车公司一般提供两种保险，CDW/LDW 和 SLI。 CDW(Collision Damage Waiver)/ LDW

bank说我有一张卡欠了300一直没还卡被close了。打了citi他们说是2016年costco从
Amex转Citi时候自动transfer的balance，所以当时的autopay也取消了。问题是我因为
当时就取消的costo会员，而且这两年从来没收到一封email或mail告知欠款问题。citi
说可以现在付清但credit report好像只会显示付清不会消除，所以暂时没付。因为听
说付了以后就不好negotiate了。
马上查了一下credit karma。显示是1/10/2018刚刚上credit report.
请问这个到底是说明我现在是欠谁的钱？是citi bank还是collection company？如果
是后者我该如何联系他们？

,发现被transfer到world master card了.刚才打电话回去,他居然说系统里没有记录说
曾经reject过这个offer.我说我肯定肯定打过来过reject这个offer,我还记得是按"2"
来reject这个offer.对方不说话了.愣了很久,对方说,真的没有任何option了,你只能接
受,都已经是不能改变的事了.新卡7月10号刚给你寄出去.你很快就会收到了.我ft...
然后我很怒的说:我知道你们想怎么玩游戏,你们把我没有年费的卡transfer到有年费的
卡,你们想收年费!我就是不想交怎么了?对方立刻说:我没看到你的帐号里面有年费的,
你不用付年费.我说:你确定吗?对方说:确定的.我听了听,如果没有年费的话,那就认了
吧.于是我就和对方说:好吧,那我只好接受了. |

上月末，又申请了AA visa, 批了，登录到citicards.com, 却发现帐号下有一个AA
Amex卡, 说明是这个卡被取消了.....把新开加到这个账户上以后，给csr发信，说我从
来没有申请过AA Amex card,问能能把这个卡从我的网上帐户上去掉？
第二天下午去Target购物，AA Visa被拒，给csr打电话，说是我的AA Visa被Cancel了
，当时一下子懵了，后想起可能是citi cancel错了卡。问能不能重新，告诉我说不行
，要申请新卡，问那还有没有75K Mileage, 回答是不知道，申请新卡是另外一个部门
管。敢情他们cancel错了card, 客户要承担责任。
不跟她啰嗦了，要求跟supervisor讲话，说你们把我刚拿到十几天的Visa card就给
cancel了，我要求的是把inactive的Amex card从网上银行去掉。Supervisor态度很好
，说我给你试试re-active, 过了几分钟，告诉我好了，卡激活了，赶紧表示感谢。
