相对于国内一帮到处打打杀杀的喊声，痛斥TG卖国，国外一般分析都是中国这次做的很

事发在南加州，我在十字路口等红灯，一西裔女，踩刹车不及时，撞上我车的rear
bumper，致rear bumper轻微凹陷。对方当时就逃逸了，但是我抄了她的车牌号，并当
场报了警。现在对方的保险公司mercury insurance认可了事故，但一再坚持让我去他
们指定的body shop做评估，然后又说不限制我去别的地方修理，但又坚持去任何别的
shop修理之前，必须通知他们，然后他们会在派appraiser去我选定的body shop， 同
意了才能修理。（加州法律禁止： 保险公司限定claimant自己选择修车铺）。并且修
理期间的租车费，只能按28.99+tax /day 报，他们不管租车保险和别的费用。
还有件事情： 在我第二次去他们指定的修车铺时，对方还做了个修理费评估，比第一

The fact that Canada’s Safe Third Country Agreement disqualifies asylum
claimants who are seeking entry to Canada from the United States has had the
unintended consequence of encouraging them to enter illegally at border
areas between the ports of entry.
The border between Canada and the United States is 3,987 miles long, wide
open and largely undefended. It is not possible to determine how many asylum
seekers are entering Canada illegally along that border. |

Geico的人告诉我，对方file了bodily injury claim。
还说The claimant is alleging that she has a serious injury and is presenting
a claim for pain and suffering. （soft tissue in nature）

发帖数: 12 | 50 两周前的一起交通事故。说起来有点复杂，我不知道算不算我的责任，或者算多少我的
责任。
我准备上匝道并道，试探并道的时候（我其实没有占上另一道但是越过了一点）吓到了
另一车道的车A，车A急停，导致A后面的B和C追尾。
我的车和车A都没事，然后A就跑了。我下匝道后慢慢开被警察拦下。然后给我一个
unsafe lane change 的罚单。我当时跟警察说我跟车A都没事，应该不算我的责任，是
后面那两个车贴太近。但是警察不听解释，说可以上法庭。
然后我嫌麻烦，回来交了罚单，以为就没事了。
今天突然收到不知是B还是C车的保险公司的一个什么claimant's report，让我填一些
基本信息，车的损坏程度还有描述事情经过。然后我就一下出来很多关于保险的问题，
想征求版友解答。
1. 我的车没有损坏，我需要填那个report吗？
2. 我的保险公司没有联系我，我需要主动向我的保险公司汇报吗？
3. 大家看这起事故最后我的保险需要赔偿那两车的损失吗？如果要，大概什么比例？
第一次涉及交通事故。。希望大家给予帮助。 |
