车库门的弹簧老化了，google了一下怎么换，发现这种extension spring很好弄。
于是决定DIY. 只有一个工具,就是不让车库门滑动的那个clap没有找到.可是我认为车
库门开着的时候就平躺在上面,不碰不会动的. 结果这个出了问题.
娃们睡了后,打开车库的灯开始工作.清理车库的东西,腾出工作空间.然后顺利的摘掉一面弹簧,去摘另外一面.结果弹簧刚摘
下来,车库门就向下滑动.在脑袋上砸了个大包.立刻丧失了工作能力.只好锁好门,上床
休息了.
今天需要找个朋友来帮忙举着门,装弹簧.
手巧不如家什妙阿. |

hours. At the next gate, people start clapping because their flight finally
came to the gate after several hours delay. It reminds me what happens in
China when flight gets delayed - people start to get very angry and demand

lightning at a park in Pasadena, Md.
Officials say they found the man lying unconscious on a fishing pier at Fort
Smallwood Park on Sunday afternoon. Witnesses say they called officials
after they heard a clap of thunder and noticed the man had collapsed on the
pier.
The man was given CPR and taken to a hospital in Baltimore.
Fire officials did not have information on the man's condition.

我推荐的办法只是短期的。 长期还是要去当地的健身房。
1. 买两瓶1 gallon 的牛奶， 拿起来做dumbbells 用,如果嫌不够重 吧牛奶喝了，
放硬币在灌水 (去银行换， 走的时候在换回来)。 1 gallon里面放满5 cents 的硬币以后有30kg呢。

for the moment, and don't overlook the prison push up, it ain't easy |

-up(Spider-Man，Superman，Diamond，one leg，one hand，clapping...), Dumbbell
, pull up，另加还想加一些吊环动作，跑步和hiking。其实7天安排的也挺紧凑，只不
过squat lifting目前带来的成就感最大罢了。反正现在一个人吃饱全家不饿，大把闲
时间无处打发，所以尽量都以program的形式系统训练，争取和大家一样早日当上壮汉

preventing Seattle from clinching the NFC West title, cornerback Richard
Sherman was unimpressed, blaming the loss on "questionable calls" by
officials in the game.
