此次交易的具体支付方式为，收购价中大约41亿美元（减去受递延认沽期权规限的

中大约2亿美元将在交割三年后支付予卖方。买方将于延迟收购价发布日时将收购价中

友送给他的任天堂掌上宝。后来先后增添了wii 和 wii u。
儿子每买一个游戏总是反复玩，上网学别人怎么玩，最后玩到每个小细节都了然才撒手
，所以游戏本身并没多少，总共可能也就十几个。其间他也玩一些网上和iPad上的小游
戏。
儿子玩起游戏来的那股子投入劲真的令人叹为观止。大呼小叫，上窜下跳，汗流满面（

但在美国不行 是有很深的文化的原因的 亨廷顿所谓文明的冲突 印度俄国这些都被认
为是亚层次的
