中能接触什么机密。

义，均遭毒手。不过有惊无险，最多的延误了一周。几点注意：
1，随时网上查询货物状态
2，发现CLEARANCE DELAY，马上联系CUSTOMER SERVICE查找原因，要主动，不要等。

Target的clearance deal，真是很难抓住，绝对得不偿失，即使顺路看看也是浪费时间
太多。
每年都有玩具clearance的deal，自用送人很好，但是要卖的话就没太大意义了。这个
不用去抢，没人跟你抢。我现在每两周参加一次生日party，这些玩具都用上了，呵呵。 |

理数据，共同发表文章。现在打算申请NIH的项目；我们的工作涉及大量数学模拟计算
，所以申请的资金主要用于人工、计算机时间，不需要自己搜集数据、做实验什么的。
最近跟program manager谈了这个想法，他说用到国外提供的数据，必须先通过
Department of State做完 clearance，才能申请。今天查了，有clearance这个要求，
但是说的大多是涉及有实质买卖、传输试验用品、或者试验在国外实施等情况的。我们
唯一的foreign component是数据，而且是对方免费提供的，所以不知道我们的这种情
况应该怎么处理。如果哪位老师有类似的情况，能不能指点一下。谢谢。 |

只要你是美国公民，没有啥和大陆太多的tie, 就没问题 （重点是gf/lp不能是中国公
民），父母小孩
都没太大问题。
当然 clearance 也有等级，从 confidential, secret to TS 以及 SCI 等， 要求不
一样
另外，有 clearance的除非有很重要的事情，否则最好不要轻易回国 |

由于你出生中国、就算拿到公民，可能还是连最低的security Clearance都拿不到。如
果是中国俄罗斯这些地方的人归化的公民，一般security clearence要办一年或更久。
