spikes磨得有些不像样。 在ebay上买了一些spikes， 在golf galaxy买几刀的divot
repair tool 另一头带换spikes的头就可以啦。一分钟可以换几个。 |

全部换。鞋钉可以自己换，不过一定要用好的工具，要帯把手的那种。便宜的和连鞋钉
附送的都只不过是一片铁片，一点都不给力。如果钉上的泥土多就拆不下来了。 |

map两点一线不是可以选骑车么，双黄线有点busy，一般就稍微偏一点的路就挺好的。
city里面好像是没法撅着屁股骑，cleat刚上好下一个路口红灯了就有得下来。。。 |

发帖数: 3211 | 5 不能自己瞎fit，fit不对单车就是毁膝盖的。建议那到店里去，人家有专门的哥哥做
fitting，都是得让你蹬半小时那种，bike fit这东西得挺精确的呢，所以借什么也不
能借bike，别人的车没法骑。根据骑车的level，cleats调的角度也不一样。总之想舒
服健康就不能自己瞎搞 |

膊腿的长短等因人而异调的，连琐鞋上的cleats角度不对长时间下来都毁膝盖，可想而
知了
天哪，我去的gym的老师还让我自己感受下是喜欢把腿蹬直了还是留点余地，毁人啊 |

经过我的研究以及8年的spinning上课以及1年的教课经验， 我觉得这款是性价比比较
高的一款家庭用spinning bike, 用Spinner的gym一般用的是NXT,但是价格高了点。。
这个Edge用的也是41 lbs flying wheel, dual pedal with SPD cleat and shoe cage
. 而且非常的平稳， 用的是chain, 皮质的brake, 所以骑的时候会有一定的声音，但
是我觉得是正常的，不是噪音。。。
如果想要非常安静的车，你可以看看Keiser的车，用的是磁性加阻力，很多gym都是用
这个牌子的，但是比较贵，近2000...
我个人还是比较喜欢spinning的bike, 可能我是跟着他们拿到的教练证吧。。。我觉得
41lbs的flying wheel更给力，感觉和Keiser的不太一样。。。 |

发帖数: 1789 | 9 其他的牌子我就不是很了解了，在crossfit gym里试过他们那里摆的车子，就是那种挺
便宜的那种，明显感觉 不一样的，那个车子我感觉因为材料轻，骑起来不稳，而且飞
盘很轻。。。flying wheel 的重量还是蛮重要的。。。
你可以看看spinning他们的35 lbs flying wheel的车，貌似都是600超下的，不过我没
有见过实物，说是家庭版的。。
有个问题是，一般车子都只有shoe cage，所以你还要另配带SPD cleat compatible的
pedal, 100块左右，加来加去也就把价格弄上去了。。。
我买edge的时候他们正好搞活动，799 送了8个DVD（ 有两个我超级喜欢）和seat
cover,所以我觉得是个good buy.
你可以关注一下spinning他们的deal页，貌似最近在搞Aero那款的活动， 这个车基本
和edge一样 （原价贵200），唯一不同就是handle bar is adjustable. 可以前后移动
。。。 $850 送DVD和seat cover...
如果你很喜欢骑车的话，我觉得也算健康投资了。。 |

But, 55555555555555555555555, but, 因为表现不好，10分钟就被换下场了！
PPMM说：以后不要老灌水了，多锻炼锻炼，跑得还没偶快呢！
收获：在场下因换人问题和裁判沟通有问题，吃黄牌一张，所以总算没白去一场！
当然结局非常好，5：2，又向小组第一迈进了一步！而且比赛刚刚完，大雨瓢泼而至，运

下心得，请各位大佬指点指点哈。
地图是：
我走的路线是： 201 -> 202 -> 203 -> 204 -> 205 -> 244 -> 206 -> 262 -> 261 -
> 202 -> 201。
首先的首先，下周第一件事情，买个 life insurance。
其次，下次要拼命找人同行。
Yaktrax Pro Cleats 很好用，比同行的用 spike 的更方便些 -- 路况是有的地方雪化
得露出岩石了，大多数地方是半化的半尺深的雪，比较滑，回程开始上冻，是比较光滑
的冰面。spikes 走在岩石上可想而知了。这个 coil 是什么路都能走，很爽。当然了，
滑还是避免不了的。
棒子太重要了。一路全靠它。在考虑是不是上双棒子。。。
wool socks 的确帮助很大。看来贴身的衣服要都避免 cotton 的。
这种反复半化雪又冻上的 trail，hiking boots 越硬越好，对脚腕的保护越充分越好。
一旦崴了脚，可就真得喊救援了。

发帖数: 10018 | 25 ITBS和soccer的关系？有可能。我上周因为去出差没踢成足球。结果周末recovery run
感觉就好多了。不过也有可能是soccer cleats不合脚。
ITBS跟hiking有没有关？我觉得ITBS肯定不是hiking引起的，因为以前hiking了这么多
都没事。不过上两周的mount baldy hiking肯定加重了我的症状...
感觉ITBS跟很多东西都有关，不是单一因素引起的。我想我是天生筋肉不够柔韧，加上
腿部肌肉力量不平衡，然后各种stress加起来超过了某个临界点，就ITBS发作了。为什
么没有shin splints? 可能我的shin的临界点比it band高一点而已。
其实有过sports injury也不一定是坏事。人总不是完美的，总有这样那样的缺陷。有
过sports injury后就会对自己的身体更加敏感了，也尽量会避免突然把stress加到超
过某个临界点了。
最后再感叹一下，"stress and adaption"真是sports training的一大principle啊! |

, I did not take it serious. I finished recent race without much pain, so I
thought I can recover much quickly.
After a soccer game three days after marathon, followed by two days of
recovery run of 3 miles each. I suddenly found myself in a new territory of
injury never happened to me before, achilles tendinitis. Google how it could
happen, and causes apply to me.

社区的soccer team九月份就要开始了，他要参加的是U4 Mini-Jogo program.
1. 教练说护腿板是必须的。这个去哪里买比较便宜的。不需要买专业的足球鞋吧。咱
家也不富裕。
（Email里说， shin guards are mandatory and cleats are preferred. ）
2 怎么增加孩子对足球的兴趣？ 有没有足球的动画片？
3 比赛时候孩子如果不听教练的， 怎么办？

跟老中踢，喜欢盘带的特多，主动配合的很少，可以轻松二过一的，却往往选择自己单
打突破，可以传球助攻的，往往选择自己射门。
Turf场穿cleats，且喜欢踩脚，亮鞋底，合理冲撞少，小动作多，一场pickup下来，反
而比tournament更容易受伤
喜欢中前场，不喜欢后场，尤其是轮换门将，体力耗尽，往往选择在前场散步，攒一阵
子力气然后要个球带了射门 |
