现在发现我没有写声明表明自己NRA file as RA。
我觉得目前有三个选择：
A file 1040 X to 2015 return. 附上自己的声明。
B Do nothing. 等着IRS request material。依据是Topic 308:" The IRS may
correct mathematical or clerical errors on a return and may accept returns
without certain required forms or schedules. In these instances, there is no
need to amend your return. "
C 写个声明给IRS 寄过去，但是不填1040 X.

议员帮助很给力。找了local的议员，议员帮助做了SR，一周返回消息，议员然后
respond to request reopen our case，due to that's an USCIS clerical error。
又一周返回消息，也就是昨天通知说，NSC congressional liaison specialist已经重
新request my documents并且request a supervisor's review。
今天早上收到email通知 case was reopen了，然后上网一查，状态竟然都update到了
“new card is being produced”，正在窃窃喜乐，不成想半小时后，在线状态竟然变
成了“case was reopen”。实在让人费解啊，犹如坐了一次过山车。 |

We applied EB2 when I was 2nd year staff. You need a supportive employer and
a good lawyer. My PERM was audited, denied (for some clerical error which
has nothing to do with EB2 vs. EB3), appealed, and finally approved.

status as well. but i was confirmed by another attorney, when the mail room
do the initial review before cashing the check, they just merely make sure
the visa number under this category application is immediately available,
along with other clerical check such as signature stuff, there is nothing to
do with your legal status at all. |

skipping it.
i know there are always unforseen risks and most people want peace of mind
on the house, but
1) lender title insurance is mandatory, so presumably a title search is
performed already, greatly reducing the % of risk
2) title insurance companies pay out 5% of premium in actual losses. Even
when problems occur, it is most often clerical error and doesn't take much $
to fix.

此特别看不起那些吃福利的人。他们又不可能从民主党的任何政策获得利益，所以就投

收入10万以上的中产，绝大部分是从事professional工作的，从内心反对 working

taxes to Geithner so that he could send his and the employer's shares

关于收费，加州的HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE 123110 等有具体的规定，复印一页纸不得
超过$0.25,把病人档案调出来和复印时间等等的CLERICAL CHARGES不得超过$4/每十五
