我是做law clerk的，刚交了h1b申请，移民局说工作不够专业，要求我找证据，要找什
么网站上面的job posting，要求公司大小规模一样，practice 的法律要差不多，想问
问有没有人和我有一样经历的，能从哪些网站上找到这个消息？我觉得找一模一样律所
的还真难。
如果能认识也是law clerk申请h1b的就更好了。

人少，而且很selective，基本都是从supreme clerks， COA clerks里面选，中国人一
般不会有这种经验，而且litigation对语言要求比transactional work要高不少，外国
人比较难
如果是salary和大所差很远，一般以本地业务为主，招外国人又贵有没好处 |

考了执照但不做律师，inactive。人家要的是从政，理想不是钱，是社会秩序，是如何
制订法律，不是普通的律师遵守法律。
如果为了钱，做哪一行都有收入高的，有收入低的。做商科，做计算机，难道全美国所
有与商科有关的公司都是对冲基金，所有员工都年薪过百万？难道所有计算机公司都是
google, facebook？你看那些做商科的，做计算机的，以前都付出过艰苦的努力，一点
一滴都不是那么容易来的。
不要只看见贼吃肉，不见贼挨打。做任何行业，都不能流于普通，那样你永远不能在那

while in Mississippi, 12-15 cases per day, have 5 RN, 4 med tech and 1 unit

李毅博士论文的硬伤。
李毅的东西，建立在他七八十年代的生活经历上，是一个review。问题在于他把这套东
西摁到现在这个历史时代上，很不妥。举个例子来说，他把中国的"干部"翻译作"cadre
"。cadre这个词有着极其强的意识形态色彩，在西方人的眼里，指的是政工干部，克格
勃，政委。去wikipedia看看，这个词是professional revolutionaries的同义词。（http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professional_revolutionaries）然而中国的干部包括党政干部，也包括公务员civil servants。
civil servants在西方社会学里，也称为clerk或者bureucrat,而不是cadre。
