就在大家关注伊拉克战争的2003年6月，几乎没有人注意到，加拿大渥太华市政府
在该市的督唐纳德公园，安放了一块纪念铭牌。将近一年后的2004年4月，加拿大联邦

With a clever counterweighting pivot mechanism, you could twist and
