绝对是有道理的。但不给妇女任何choice又太不fair，尤其考虑到unplanned
pregnancy往往是男人造成的。因此pro-choice也有道理。
Roe v. Wade做了个很聪明的balancing act，把怀孕分为3个tri-mester来区别对待，
在我看来是很好的balance。只是Supreme Court找不到好的理由来argue for choice，
于是愣是从宪法中读出了the right to privacy并将之用于pro choice的arguement。

debates when Texas Governor Rick Perry dribbled out his dippy response to
