战略上轻视,在战术上重视
nothing is impossible
第一步是戒糖(碳水),这个很难过,特别是对于我这样吃白米饭长大的,我头两个星期
彻底cold turkey,连粗粮都不吃,只吃绿叶菜、水果和肉,两个星期后就能感觉到白
米饭没有吸引力了。戒掉之后开始吃粗粮:十谷粥、全麦面包、玉米蛋糕etcetc,现在
就算吃了白米饭,下一顿也不会有啥想头
第二步是睡眠,每天至少8小时,平均9个小时左右
第三是喝水,每天喝2000ml,早上泡一壶茉莉/菊花/碧螺春/毛峰
第四是运动,我跑的不多但是不能不跑,每个星期保证至少10mile,和这里好多人比已
经很少很少了,灰猫帮我找的abs很棒,再次感谢!家里有个stair-climber,没事踩踩
,骑自行车到处乱晃爬坡

今天的内容我都不知道怎么说了,TRAINER太有创造力了.......
1.
the cardio machines on the 2nd floor was closed, so we started the training
with sprint/stop/touchdowns.....
4 disks on the floor with some distance in between. touch 1-2-1-3-2-4-3-4-1,
for time. the number of secends will determine the reps i will to for the
next exercise.....
1st set was 22sec, 22 mountain climbers (this was easy)
2nd set was 40sec due to my mis-understanding of the instruction, 40 wall
squats holding 25lbs disk each hand :O

两周前发了“一个月不节食甩10斤,分享经验”,回帖中大侠们各抒己见,为本鸟狂加
经验值,在此谢过!
两周来继续保持一天1.5小时的运动,1小时有氧30分钟力量。但力量训练如打酱油,休
息的时间远大过锻炼的时间。上周开始做腹肌撕裂着,只能跟上50-60%。
有氧方面由于膝盖的问题适当减少了跑步,增加了游泳和骑车。发现健身房的一台有氧
利器爬绳机(weight assisted rope climber),貌似可以在做有氧的同时训练上肢力量
,试过几次跟自由游泳感觉相似但强度更大,运动完胸肩三头酸痛。lcd数据显示出耗
卡效率极高,可达到250cal/15min,不知真假。
饮食上午饭开始吃全麦面包,早上和锻炼完各吃一次蛋白粉,其他照旧。
我看很多网上资料说减脂和增肌不能同时进行(什么加减法理论xxx),但“you are
your own gym”里提到通过训练这两个目标是可以同时达到的,不知有否有相关经验的
大侠分享心得。
奔前后对比照,84kg (6/19) vs 77kg (7.30)

btw,LA 不算sprinter,他是典型的climber,虽然很壮吧,都是键子肉,他的BMI要23了

累总是累的,但是都能恢复过来,还好 :)
惟有一次,那真的是累趴了,不是肌肉累,而是从心底里的累,累得万念俱灰,对什么
都失去了兴趣
HIIT不会累倒我的,毕竟还是cardio训练,都是力量训练结束时候的收尾。真正能累倒
我的,还是大重量举铁,神经高度紧张,所以最后才会从心底往外的累
不用器械的HIIT,可以做高抬腿,jumping jacks,蛙跳,hill climber,push up,
burpee等等动作

我现在每天速度5.3跑20分钟,大约1.8 mile, 之后再速度3.6走到2个miles 。大约250卡
而后踩这个stair climber 大约15分钟,消耗100卡
每晚睡前做50个俯卧撑,30个仰卧起坐
几经进行了快2周了, 貌似没有啥效果,
肚子前方的肥肉还在
怎么才能瘦下来,并把身上多余的肥肉去掉,变成肌肉

求推荐便宜能用的。
回国一阵胖了,身高178,体重224 lb
必须减了,很多挺贵的gear 类的衣服都套不下了
自己初定了个计划,每天慢慢跑五迈,加上十分钟网上看来的这个组合:
Burpees - Drop down and do a push up and immediately hop back up and jump in
the air as high as you can.This will equal one rep.
Mountain climbers - Stay in a pushup position and alternate kicking your
knees forward towards your chest. A combination of a left and right kick
will equal one rep.
Double pump squats - Squat all the way down, come half way up and back down.

Shortly after Ingraham Flat camp came Ingraham Glacier traverse. This, and
the DC (Disappointment Cleaver) are the most dangerous part of the climb. In
1981, 11 RMI clients died in a single accident in the traverse. One huge
ice block released from Seracs field just 100-200 feet above the traverse
route and fell directly on 22 climbers down there. 11 died instantly.

周五下午走的,周六top rope了5.6, 5.9+, 5.11a, 5.11a, 5.11d各一条,lead了5.6,
5.9+,5.8各一条;周日top rope了5.9, 5.9, 5.8各一条。早上爬的一个5.9巨大的
overhang把我整惨了,partner说看我在那里suffer很过瘾-____-!
Red river gorge据说是世界上最好的sports climbing地点。所有的路线hiking距离都
在五分钟到十几分钟,非常集中。线路各种难度都有,bolts由志愿者定期维护。路线
有大量的overhang,苦了我这种爆发力不行的。
这个周末虽然天气很热,在camping site还是看到了大约200的climber。好些是从美国
各地,甚至世界各地飞过来的。不过不觉得拥挤,没有排队。这个area太大,太多路线。
狂受打击,Overhang平时爬得少,好多技巧都用不好。觉得sports climbing爬到5.10之
前balance最重要,transverse是最好的练习。5.11及以上就需要单独练力量和
bouldering了,路线上的crux经常都是些平

Forbidden, what climber can resist a mountain with that kind of a name? On 7
/25/2008, Florin and I attempted to climb it via its easiest route, West
Ridge, in a day. This route is very popular and is usually very crowded, as
it is one of the 50 classic climbs of North America.
We started hiking in at 3:00am from Boston Basin trailhead. My pack was
quite light, only about 25 lbs. In addition to all the rock gears, I took a

第一次在yosemite vallye攀岩, 第一次爬jamming crack, 违反了don't learn climb
ing and leading at the same time的原则, 所以搞得很狼狈, 呵呵。 yosemite的路
线难还真是名不虚传,5.6/5.7的带着一堆gear超过我的水平了,后来把有困难的路线试
着一身轻的有top roping了一遍,差别简直是天上地下,这下深刻体会了trad leading
的可怕性。
mock lead了四五条线路,基本上发现放gear的质量还是取决于对爬那个线路的舒适度,
如果有很好的休息点的就可以慢慢fit nuts, 当然如果放cam的话基本都能比较有信心。
还有rest step很重要,尽量站到heel上,否则小腿肚子狂抽很痛苦也很容易panic.
别人给我做了个tape glove, 结果第一次用来hand jamming就被我搞破了,呵呵。手上
脚踝上还蹭破不少油皮,看看周围老手们的手背,都是布满红红的battle scar,顿时感
到自己也算是个climber了。 :)
同行的人大部分都不用帐篷,我也随大流直接

climbers of the red,
I hate to bring the news from miguels. The two passed at global village
around monday. Ben left Miguels monday with Laura. Their plan was to climb
white-out and lower to the ledge to climb " The Man Behind the Curtain".
Tuesday afternoon Jordan and Kobes drove by the parking lot and realized Ben
's car was still there. Worried for their friend, they hiked up to the wall.
