其中第三种一般是治疗小孩长不高。成人可能有，但是可能性极小。鄙人恰好有个朋友

这三种情况都是比较严重的疾病，要找专科医生。一般都不会找一个anti-aging

想学wc style mogul skiing很久了，迟迟没有起步是因为其他要提高的太多，总觉得

多惊喜。Mogul Logic一年一般有两个clinic，通常是2月和3月，今年因为一些原因3月
的拖后到4月，正好赶上我的spring break放假，但周六也是gun barrel 25举行的时候
。本来我想先参加一次gunbarrel 25，当个baseline，然后系统的学习一下wc style，
再去参加一次，看看差异有多大。不过正巧遇到也想报名的Tao姐，独乐乐不如同乐乐
，不但上了camp，还同滑了几天vail。

for bachelor's degree, you have to be training in a clinical lab. > 6 months
(may be one year) before you are qualified to sit for the certificate
examination. The clincal lab. you worked should be approved by those

投的Clinical Cancer Research，reviewer 1正面评价、review 2反面，最后editor给
了reject。
两个审稿人给的comment都不涉及思路、novelty等问题，说的大问题都是manuscript写
的问题，因为这是临床的刊，所以都说unclear how these results will impact
clinical management
在此请教大家，我个人的想法是：改了重新resubmit，因为paper的topic比较对
Clinical CR的胃口。老板的意思是转投别的刊。所以：是resubmit还是转投，请教大
家的意见！

Cleveland Clinic 内科是个较大的program, 虽然还比不上Emory or Mayo Clinic.
Categorical一年招40个住院医。总体来说比较忙，但是很reasonable。很多的
teaching，每天都有morning report 和none conference. Fellowship 很好，这里
Cardio全美第一，GI全美第二。这里的fellowship programs每年在本院住院医里招1－
2个，其他的从外面照，因为如果都招本院的会影响他们的rank. 住院医说在这里可以
学到很多东西，因为这里的病人比其他的地方都要sick，其他医院要送ICU的，这里都
在floor里处理，ICU的病人都是特别特别严重的。虽然Cleveland Clinic被称做是
Fellow run the hospital，但其实除了Cardiac ICU外，住院医还是有很多机会练手的
。这里对research很看重，如果想将来match这里的Cardio or GI fellowship, |

If you have meidical/clinical background, MD from china, no more school is
needed.
1, Site based: CRC, clinical data coordinator, 0-5% travel per year.
2, Drug company: CRA, 0-30% travel (in-house:0-5% travel, monitor: 10-30% travel)
more travel, more money

第一，我不年轻
第二，training program是clinical pathology lab提供的，说明了接受有phd学位的
人申请，两年的training，之后考certificate，然后自己找位置。我也看到很多
clinical lab 的director是phd出身。
第三，做一个clinical lab director也不是什么特别特别好的职位，混口饭吃而已，
临床实验室的工作都是为医生服务，lab director的收入相对医生来说算不高的吧，不
然这些位置也不会去招phd出身的人，谈不上在医疗领域一步登天
第四，我有我自己的经历和优点，不试过怎么知道我肯定不行呢，我只是想多收集信息
，希望自己能做一个比较客观的职业规划，再着手自己认为值得的事情
不过，还是要谢谢你提供的信息，位置比较少，但也不是没有 |

多数的时候都是我们跟在护士身后，有什莫问题也是直接问护士的。instructors好像
也就是时不时的提问一下我们所管病人的情况。感觉可以把instructor直接忽略了，反
正我们一直跟着护士的。
另外，在med-sur clinical的时候，大家有没有觉得好像很闲啊。我们实习的医院还是
paper charts,我们没有computer access,看他们的护士也没有每天都记录physical
assessments, skin and fall assessments之类的，所以我们实习的时候也就是帮忙一
些vital signs, 给药和其他的bedside care.如果病人在睡觉或是不乐意说话的时候，
就觉得根本没有事情可做，可instructor又不乐意看到我们在晃荡。像这种情况的时候
，大家都是如何处理的呢？多谢！！ |

上其他专业的研究生时作TA,学生对我的评价都很好，期末的匿名评语上也没有人说我
说话他们听不懂，给我的分数也很高，但是当年的clinical instructor还是总和我过
不去，我总觉得会fail clinical,不过后来还是过了，现在想来坚决同意meanwhile说
的，不在于你英文好不好，你要不停的和老师沟通，没事就站在老师身边和她说话，问
她问题，多数老师就喜欢这样的。对自己自信一点，open一点，不要怕别人听不懂就不
说话，一定要多说，多说。 |

来，我们所有的paperwork都是打分的，我上周的分特低，在nursing diagnosis一项，
我得了0分/6分，老师说我没有address your patient's major issues。但我不太同意
，大家先帮我看看，我的diagnosis是不是真有很大的问题，只能得0分，如果是，我想
和老师再谈谈，这个很主要，因为这个，老师给了我一个learning contract，这个在
我们的progran是很严重的问题，直接关系到这门课的fail or pass
过去4周我在maternity，上周是最后一天，按照schedule，我那天没有病人，半天跟着
charge nurse做team leader，半天去OR看做手术。因为我一直没有labor and
delivery病人，都是postpartum，那天正好有一个，老师就问我要不要上午照顾这个病
人，下午去OR，不用做team leader了。我选了病人

现在来读Crna的同学越来越多了,读crna最大的敌人就是某些老crna,他们最喜欢说的就
是pay attention to details.我现在一听到有人对我说这个就警惕性马上上个台阶,能
躲多远躲多远。
不是说details完全没用,但是大部分都是这些crna自己的怪癖。比如有人把1ml
phenylephrine稀释到100ml盐水的时候一定要在100 ml 的盐水里抽出1ml.要是学生没
这么做就fail当天的clinical,因为在他眼里这是medication error. 我们当时是一次
fail警告两次就开除,赶上我们校医院这样的奇葩多点,每天去clinical都像上刑场一样
。如果以后你在clinical碰上这样my way or no way的,马上call sick。
护士学生这样的问题相对少点,因为一般都将假设你是什也不懂。上班第一个percepter
最重要,我家领导就是当初碰上烂人干了一年icu坚决不去读麻醉,要不她应该比我做的

公司里做clinical trial的人都是学什么专业的啊? |

Nowadays immunoassay and LCMS assay development dominates clinical chemistry
publications a lot. Lab automation is another major part of clinical
chemistry. People with analytical chemistry background can find their
positions in a clinical lab.
It should be a good training before entering pharma industry. |

发帖数: 930 | 50 你们的知识很贫乏啊，估计你们都不是学医出身或是学医但是视野很narrow，居然
clinical chemistry都没有听说过，遗憾啊。
此课程对欧美的医学生都是必修课之一。其实此课程和专业相当于国内医院的检验科，
但是更加广泛。此名词被西方应用了几十年了。哈哈，和medicinal chemistry完全是2
回事。medicinal chemistry和药物研发密切相关，而clinical chemistry相关性就很
小了。一般而言在医院从事clinical chemistry工作的人可以分为几类，技术员（样品
分析），工程师（主管仪器设备，建立方法学，质量控制等）和医生（实验结果的解释
和分析，实验报告的发布和临床科室医生的沟通交流等，需要管理技术员和工程师等，
当然大学医院需要进行教学研究等），技术员和工程师都必须要有特别训练和考试后得
到执业证书才能进行此专业工作，难度比较高，但是工作很好，很有保障。 |
