The gravel base will help your concrete foundation stay away from water and
winter heaving. But you still need to properly grade the patio so that the
rain water will run away: either to the center and catch it in a catch basin
connected to perforated drainage pipe - or slightly slope it to somewhere
else, make sure the water is not flowing towards your house.
Drainage pipe need to be buried in gravel and wrapped with fiberglass cloth

including the part.
If the drying is very old (> 5 years) then I would suggest you to
throw it away.
For new home buyer, be sure to check your dryer duct when you just moved in
, it need to clean up to remove the lint from the clothes.
Mine is clogged and cause the dryer to non function
even it is a new one and only used a few times. |

grease? If it's covered with sludge, you may just need to clean the pipes.
drain opener doesn't work well if it doesn't stay in
contact with the stuff that clogs the pipe.
Try this:
Mix a cup of salt and a cup of baking soda, pour slowly down the drain.
Now pour a cup of vinegar down the drain.
Wait 15 minutes, then pour a pot of boiling water down the drain.
See if this helps. |

去租机器，一般的50ft够了，如果保守点租100ft的。

我觉得像是厨房到main line 之间堵上了。今天刚买了50feet的drain snake，抗吃抗
吃插进去了，现在又很难拔出来了，明天又要上班，只好收工了。
早知道去租个电动的好了。

先用Liquid-Plumr Power Gel Clog Remover倒进下水道，然后煲一大锅开水，水开了

Inspector认为是前房主浇水不够的原因。这个开口比旁边的房子要大。但是他也说这
个墙（地基）既然已经移动了就不会再恢复到原来的位置了。只能是做好保养让它不再
恶化。请问有经验的同学，这个常见么？这个能怎么跟seller交涉修理呢(似乎根本没
法修？）
2. Cracks。如图crack.jpg。Inspector说窗子外面没事，所以应该算cosmetic的。但
是这个裂缝看着很大啊。该怎么修？还有若干的nail pops。

发帖数: 758 | 27 今天做了两油炸爆炒的菜，so far so good，没味，只开到3档，开到4档炒的时候几乎
闻不到味。
考虑到俺家的一只马达不行，不知道修好会不会更强。
今天又检查了下拆下来的老的，发现风扇根本没啥油，我觉得妈妈乐的人有点言过其实
了，说用filter的最后会clog，风扇会fail掉，我觉得除非你一辈子不清洁你的油烟机
，这种情况发生的概率是很小的。
因为filter本身吸附了绝大部分的油烟，我家那款才220CFM，风扇上，尤其风扇顶部靠
管道的地方几乎没油，管道装的时候我也擦了下，没有油，当然这也许跟我清洁频率有
关，filter一周1-3次洗碗机，风扇一周一次409。老的抽油烟机起码5年以上，我们用
了2年。
给大家参考下，等下周客服的人来看了再说了~~ |

house, 400刀），但是到处看了看，似乎guard的选择很多，每家厂商都说别人的不靠
谱自己的最管用。到底装了这玩意管用么？如果以后堵了，是不是清理起来更麻烦？
我找的公司说有life time no clog warranty，听起来还可以啊。我觉得能管个5年以

my leaf blower refuses to start if the gas (89 octane rating) is over 30
days old. maybe my blower is particularly sensitive ...
if you leave gas inside your machine for a few months, you will also have to
add stabilizer, otherwise, the deteriorated gas can clog the pipes. |

usually, it's protected from critters/fallen leaves, open-end is risky, the
debris might clog your sewer.
Instead, any exhaust vent must be weather-proof, so, I figure they are those
lower mounds in your photo. |

1-3让换好汽油， 4，5让换火花塞， 6让送去dealer
我觉得汽油应该没问题吧。。。当然我也可以再去买一个加仑新的试试
换火花塞好麻烦
不知道有没有什么简单的方法。 因为听人说用过一种液体， 本来打不起来， 倒进去
