之前一直只看不发文，疏通管道之前参考了多篇站内文章，自己摸索了一下，终于成功
了解决了问题，注册了新帐号来发文。在此强烈推荐"teil (有根菩提)"发在"Living"
版的"疏通下水管道clog终结篇（带auger用法）"，总结得很全面，是个很好的
tutorial。由于新用户三天内只能在水世界发，那就先发在这里吧，过三天我再转到相
关版面：）
入住公寓后发现卫生间的洗脸池下水很慢，sink结构如"sink"图。下面有个U型连接管
，L型连接管连到墙内的水管。
试过如下方法：
1）拆下来U型管和L型管。
第一反应就是U型管里有堵塞物,拆下来发现除了少量黑色沉淀物，并没有堵塞物。

出现clog，估计是从下水道里面往上长的霉或者什么黑色的粘液状物质。你从下水道那
里拧开螺丝，即可暴露管口。你事先去amazon买这个刷子：

这个brush的外径和那根黑管内径相吻合。你把刷子伸进去，逆行向上。只要捅进去一
次，拔出来就可以把里面的黑色粘液都刷出来。这个黑管子堵了以后，从出水的那个
base下面会长时间流水，而且仔细听会一直有流水的声音。
这是这个RO系统的固有问题，那个刷子也是我从amazon上阅读review才知道的。可能最
好的解决方法是把黑色管子直接接到室外去，避免出现直接和下水道连接。 |

来说，肉眼现在是看不出来有过事故。所以想求建议，是应该直接walk away还是可以
试着做. inspection，如果inspection没有相关问题，是不是就不能反悔了？
还有，所有解释都来自于买家agent，没有任何文件，感觉是不留一丝痕迹，卖价不告

is your vac powered by electricity or by water pressure?
in the later case, even a perfectly functional vac can stop moving if your
pump loses water pressure (or prime). this can happen in a couple of
scenarios:
1) your filter is badly clogged and water flow is practically shut -
solution: backwash your filter, or replace DE;
2) water level at your skimmer is too low, air gets sucked into the pipes,
pump loses prime as long as it restores water flow, you can hear large noise

- 今年EPA首次推出dryer的energy star标准，对电烘干机来说，energy star节能40%
以上；用气的提高不大
- 和7、8年前相比，500元以上的烘干机现在就有moisture sense，再加上监控intake
和outtake空气温度的两个温度sensor，和很多烘干机都有的vent clog sensor，能做
到烘的更均匀
- 配件上，现在很多有led灯，合金桶（以前是steel with powder coat），更难用
- 如果是高层或没法vent，现在有full size的ventless dryer |

这次什么方法都试了，倒了最强的drain clog opener 进去，用带倒刺的东西掏了头发
出来还是没用
把水捞出来倒掉之后隔一段时间又会back flow回来，但也不回太高溢出淋浴房。。。
请问这样看着是不是楼下的主管道堵了？我该找HOA还是自己找plumber

properly. Without venting, combustion byproducts will stay inside house.
Inducer failure or vent pipe clog and other things could cause pressure
switch open. furnace will shut down if pressure switch is open,it is a kind
of safety feature.
Pressure switch can fail too. But should assume pressure switch does it's
job and make sure vent Works fine. |

说明堵的地方在三者联通后的支管，连到主排污管（sewer pipe）之前。
把马桶拆了，snake进去大约13feet，可以弄出来少量碎纸和其他丝状东西。搞了半天
也不行。 （我用的是细的那种叫Auger的snake，粗的应该不行吧？会损坏管道？）

用wet vac往里面吹气，情况很奇怪。
从马桶底部的管道吹，堵住sink和洗衣机的下水管。sink处感觉到水压，如果不压住水
就喷出来了。可是洗衣机下水管感觉不到水压。
从洗衣机下水管吹，堵住sink和马桶管。一开始sink处和马桶底部感觉到水压，10秒后
然后水压就没有了。
按理说，wet vac的水压不小了，什么clog这么顽固啊？
各位有什么高招么？多谢。 |

tenants.
If too frequent like once a month, I will inform the tenant because that's
due to improper use/maintenance. Check you contract. Or you can raise your
rent next year or deduct from his deposit.

the frig. GE frigs are notorious on that.

如果你觉得是冻上了，就倒几次滚开水看看效果，（我觉得不该）
试试那个液体的clog removal
把马桶拆掉用SNAKE再试
最后还可以在HD租那个电的SNAKE， |
