正如喜欢用特斯拉来举例的人，其实正好凸显了你们认知的错误。特斯拉应该是你们观
点的一个反例，为何到反很多人喜欢拿它来做正例？只因为他们不要dealer？那么你们
只看到表象，而不了解真正的原因。
讽刺的是
特斯拉是用msrp卖车的。之所以他们不接受用dealer方式，他们自己解释的很明白
在几个月前一次tesla clo（首席法务总监）对ftc（美国联邦贸易委员会）听证会解释
的原因其中几个重点我们可以来分析一下
1。特斯拉说“有些消费者喜欢去传统dealer买车因为可以杀价，所以销售会花大把时
间和消费者
谈价格而不是介绍车子，而特斯拉不接受这种方式”换句话说，特斯拉只想卖msrp
2。特斯拉说“特斯拉没有库存压力，所以不需要传统dealer的模式，原因很多消费者
购买特斯拉可能下单到提车要几个月”。所以不需要传统dealer缓冲产品下线到最终卖
给消费
者的中间若干环节。的确如此，但对消费者来说这是优点还是缺点？无法马上买到
自己想要的车子
，无法利用市场供需关系来压低价格，这真的是消费者需要的吗？现有的dealer模式如
