发帖数: 283 | 3 男孩，6个月。之前吃奶睡觉时间极不规律，最后一餐要吃到11，12点。晚上抱着睡到
我们12点上床时再放crib里。结果后来到了我们睡觉时间放不下了，一放就哭，搞到1
，2点。晚上还要醒几次。就下决心调整了作息，现在基本晚上7点洗澡然后吃完奶8点
左右睡。
我们现在不用抱睡了。因为舍不得他哭到呕奶，用的是pick up put down的
方法。经过—个多星期，现在到了8点左右，他睏了，不用抱着安慰，直接放crib里，
盖被子，坐旁边陪着或者嘘两声，几分钟他就睡看了。但前提是一定要吃着安慰奶嘴。
问题来了，半夜奶嘴掉了就醒，一般我们起来把奶嘴放回去，嘘两声他可以继续睡，但
有时一晚上有几次，而且这几天都是5点多6点醒了，哄也不睡了。白天的nap用相同方
法吃奶嘴睡，9点睡到10点，中午12点多睡1个小时有时可以睡久点，下午5点左右会睡
30到45分钟。
像我们宝宝这样需要用CIO的方法再ST吗？他只要有人在床边陪着，吃着奶嘴
，几分钟就睡着了。但就是半夜醒了会哭直到你把奶嘴放回他嘴里，会这样几次，早上
也很难睡到7点。

1st and formost get your alarms. door and pool ones.
Put the latch flip bolts on the back door..cheap and very useful.
Then fence off the pool, a much cheaper and realistic propostion than re-
doing the pool.
Get the kids in the water safty class...I saw this on the news and was
AMAZED that babies can learn to flip themselves over and float when put in
the water...truely amazing.

is Herbert Josepher at Perry Street Pediatrics in Castle Rock. I have never
met a doctor this attentive, thoughtful, patient and responsive. He calls me
for hours after work hours when my son was sick trying to help me out with
questions and solutions. I have never seen any other doctors would do this.
He also has a good amount of experience. He started in practice since 1964.

Novato has good and newer apts, like others said there is costco there as
well as sutter health,2 good chinese restaurants (China Palace and China
Village) both offer good chinese food as long as you tell the waiter that
you want real chinese food. Novato is safe as well as any city in Marin (
except Marin City and Part of San Rafael, but still all better than anywhere
cross the richmond bridge). Try craigslist for apt.
