I used them to make grape juice. Grapes + honey + water. It turned out to
be very tasty this way.
Note that when making juice, don't peel the skin and remove seeds. Just eat
the whole. The grape skins and seeds contain procyanidin that prevent the
free radical damage that is associated with cancer. The grapes also help
reduce the formation of clots in blood vessels and prevent strokes and heart
attacks. |

昨天上午去ob office，发现血压生了15，心率升了近20.相比上周结果。另外感觉到胸
闷，故给心血管专科医生打电话，没想到他竟然让我去ER。犹豫之后，去了。做了EKG
，正常。又让我做胸肺的CT，看有没有blood clot，我和lg想了想，拒绝了。
回家继续观察吧。
怀孕不易，卧床容易胸闷体乏；不卧床呢，又会有点spotting。
等女儿大了，让她24到30岁之间生三个，然后停。

全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。

的，什么病都没有，就是有些时候爱熬夜，我突然发现现在已经早上4点07分了，呵呵
。然后突然头晕，然后送急救室，发现脑子里有个clot,没几天就走了，这人去世的时
候连22岁都不到。后来听说这人的她妈在她3岁的时候就去世了，现在想起来这女孩命
真苦。
但楼主说的还是有一定道理，毕竟要是有感情的人，出去玩会互相照应，也不见得是什

发帖数: 391 | 44 其实是一个多月前的事情了,当时貌似有好几个mm感兴趣发信询问。不过这一个多月太
忙,完成了人生两件大事，现在总算空下来了，就分享下巴塞罗那Burberry工厂店的经
历和经验吧。
总体来说,这家工厂店有空的话,还是值得一去的,地方大,人也不挤,有好几间试衣间。
而且也在不断更新货品。折扣力度大部分都比较大,再加上另外西班牙购物满90欧以上
可退税10%左右。 女装比男装多。 裙子不多,上衣挺多的,尺码有些刚上的很全,有些估
计卖了一阵了,所剩不多。经典的围巾我去的时候不多,据说1月头几天还有不少。后来
找到一条蓝绿色格子的羊绒的，50欧，送表弟了。
具体地址是Valencia街625号,建议早上10点开门就进去。坐地铁CLOT站下,看好从
Valencia街出口出来走4,50米吧。
晒几件吧，之前匆忙拍的图。实在觉得还蛮划算的，都是红标london系列，折后2，30
欧，基本快到1折了。
第一个线衫 实物是很显白的亮蓝色，年轻mm穿比较活力，很贴身，显瘦。第二个细节
图，喜欢接缝处这种翻边。 |

wh, seizure和stroke不一样的，呵呵
stroke是blot clot发生在大脑
学CPR对癫痫也没啥用的。癫痫的first aid比较有争议。
以前认为为了癫痫发做不伤到患者自己，要抱紧，甚至悃住癫痫发病者，口里发硬物防
止咬伤自己。
后来这种做法受到了阻止，研究证明这样更容易伤害到患者。
所以现在推荐的做法是让癫痫发病者自然发病，只要保证他/她周围没有容易撞伤的硬
物就行。
