,结果是我的PN上面的history taking 部分总是不够space。听人说在真正的考试的时
候，这个问题是不存在的，只要你字数不超就可以，你可以按enter来分行。
因为我写PN用的是bulletin的格式，需要分行很多，所以这个问题大大困扰了我。 有
考过的同学可以进来说说吗？

precipitates her vaginitis. Also, oral antifungal is not a prophylaxis
manner of preventing candida infection.
2.A better control of glucose level will be the next step. The acute problem

would be first line for DKA.
3.Pt is asymptomatic. The immediate use of Aspirin would be aim at avoiding

year as a new graduate nurse.
1st thing happened with a patient admitted with hemauria. He complained
abdominal pain and decreased urine output.I called MD, MD told me give
dilaudid, of course it didn't work. I went home with questions. 2nd day back
, night shift nurse told me she flushed foley and there is blood clots
blocked the foley, flush and suction it out, then urine flowed, bladder
emptied, then pain disappeared. |

那个biopatch， blue to the sky，（不过这个东西有新产品出来了，不在有单独的
biopatch，而是在那个dressing 上面自带的一种jelly样的东西）stat lock，然后
transparent dressing。严格无菌操作，护士带口罩，病人头偏向另一边或者带口罩。
flush： 10ml NS every 8hrs，有的地方用heparin 10units lock，也是every 8hrs
blood draw： 先flush10ml NS，然后回抽，扔掉10ml血，再收集标本，最后再flush
20ml。
每次要用picc时，那个hub要用酒精patch 用力的rub 20 seconds。
remove picc：每个picc 放进去的时候都有个记载，放了几个cm进去了，外面留了几个
cm，总长度几个cm，tip是不是trim 过。这个在病人的chart里头有，或者有的floor有

印象中是nitroglycerin/isosorbide and calcium channel blocker，beta blocker
来治疗coronary disease
NO是主要作用途径之一，是上面前两个药的代谢物，主要是vosadilation,扩张
coronary血管,让更多的血液能流入深层的心肌细胞，防止心肌缺血。。。
至于clots，严重的要手术，不手术用aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin, heparin...
如果是MI，那有紧急破血块的药，不过要在一定时间内用才有效 |

Actually, all cardiovascular surgeries have high bleeding risk.
Prior surgery: aspirin should be held for 5-7 days; It's appropriate to hold

a hematologist, and a pediatic unit director. All said anticoagulation is a
must. With pain and edema, even it is a chronic DVT, a recurrence is very

并不足啊。比如，完全有可能aspirin延缓了粥样斑的生长，但对防止embolus脱落没有
作用，所以不能减少the incidence of first heart attack/stroke，但却减少了the
size of clot during the first attack，结果first attack之后的ischemia程度和预
后比不服aspirin要好，从长远上来讲延长了寿命？即使对low-risk, 如果考虑
benefits只考虑primary prevention是否不足够？假如有针对low-risk的长期aspirin
服用跟踪，end-point is mortality or permanent disability rather than first
attack，最后发现并不能延寿，我觉得更有说服力。

处的细胞也看起来不正常（pap smear全negative）。医生说我应该立即进行手术取出
polyps，否则无法怀孕（我年纪也比较大了，奔32）。
女医生看起来40不到，很push，每次去都着急叫我预约下一次的时间，我说手术让我跟
家人商量商量，她就很不高兴。上周五我去follow-up，她说需要对宫颈处的细胞进行
biopsy，马上叫我预约周一的，我说周一我例假要来了，她说没关系，急吼吼的。后来
果然我例假来了，就cancel了预约，结果她周二、周三接连打了两个电话来提醒我关于
biopsy和手术事宜。
我自己在网上查了查，子宫polyps好像很容易复发，看到国内论坛上，有好多人刚拿掉
3个月又复发了。还有当时我做Transvaginal ultrasound的时候，正好是例假快来的时
候，我看到网上说不一定是polyps，也有可能是blood clots，我的例假也都还算正常
，3-4天就干净了。医生也没有给我看过任何报告，只是口头告知我长了polyps。

to make any comments. But a few things to consider:
1. SSS more common on L side. Reversal of vertebral artery flow may not
indicate SSS. Need to r/o vertebral artery origin stenosis.
2. SSS need to be confirmed by blood pressure cuff test. Most of SSS is
asymptomatic.
3. Even if SSS, not sure there is enough evidence there is "clot" in
subclavian artery. not sure role of anticoagulation in this situation. Most

历和经验吧。
总体来说,这家工厂店有空的话,还是值得一去的,地方大,人也不挤,有好几间试衣间。
而且也在不断更新货品。折扣力度大部分都比较大,再加上另外西班牙购物满90欧以上
可退税10%左右。 女装比男装多。 裙子不多,上衣挺多的,尺码有些刚上的很全,有些估
计卖了一阵了,所剩不多。经典的围巾我去的时候不多,据说1月头几天还有不少。后来
找到一条蓝绿色格子的羊绒的，50欧，送表弟了。
具体地址是Valencia街625号,建议早上10点开门就进去。坐地铁CLOT站下,看好从
Valencia街出口出来走4,50米吧。

家庭医生做referral，家庭医生是中国人，很好说话，随便referral。
MM不要心乱，理解你的心情，先好好休养一段时间，流产后身体损伤大，一定要注意保
养，有的医生甚至建议流产后的看护因该象坐月子一样，可见重要性。
我没有流产的经历，但是也算得不孕症的老病号，从我快四年的诊病经历给你建议：
营养加强，心态调节平和；赶快换好保险（从HMO换到PPO）；试一试找个好的家庭医生
先做个体检，全面的血检（查查有没有Blood clotting等等问题），看家庭医生可不可
以直接referral看 Reproductive endocrinologist (RE).
希望MM尽快找到原因，祝福尽快好孕！！ |

好像跟预防blood clots有关。我以前都没有吃baby aspirin,主要现在的大夫说

发帖数: 1124 | 49 其实我都几乎没有痛经，最多就是第一天有点儿。但很多年前因为一次疼吃了止痛片，
后来就习惯性的在一发现来了就吃两片。昨天又去看了一个中医大夫，他问到了这个问
题。然后他说不能吃啊。他说吃了就容易把血止住，然后有blood clots. 塞，美国OB
就会给你开pain killer. 不知道他说得有道理吗？他的意思我还有挽救的余地。
难道这真就是我不孕不能着床的原因吗？感觉很无知啊。。。。。 |

发帖数: 11 | 50 aspirin 会 thin the blood, 降低毛细管CLOTTING的可能 (防止心血管病的机理就在此)，是帮助着床和保胎的。因为只有毛细管血流通畅，才能保证胚胎得到充足的养分，否则即便着床成功，不久也会脱落。
baby aspirin 在西医保胎上被广泛应用，有时要吃到 2nd trimester 结束。
aspirin 是和针灸的目的相同的。不同在于，移植后就不能再针灸了，却可以（有的人是必须）接着吃 baby aspirin 。
我觉得针灸师大概担心她的生意。
但好象不是每个人都可以吃，这个要问医生。我的医生在经过1年多后，现在才开始让我吃，之前，他认为不必要，而却我觉得不但有必要，而且量还太轻。因为自己的身体自己最了解。 |
