, it's a key lock which has no hook at the gate. that's a very important
feature for me. It is also a pear shape, which is perfect for Munter hitch (
as well as clove hitch). You can use it as your main locker for belaying and
rapping. I would not recommend using quicksilver 2 for that purpose. It
makes a perft biner for personal anchor because you can easily undo it with
one hand. I use quicksilver 2 for sport climbing |

matches :) I have a bunch of Neutrinos that I use for spare non-locking
biners.
All my alpine draws use BD Oz, Camp Nano, and Mammut Moses. They are all
good. Camp Nano is a bit small though.
Rocklock is perfect for the main locker for its lightness, reasonably big
size, and roundness (I use reverso 3 with rock lock, so roundness is
important). mini is good for building anchors because it's big enough for
clove/munter hitche |

with a 9.5mm rope. I mainly use them on the wires.
BTW, I would never bring a nano on a glacier climb. Why? try handle it with
thick gloves and you'll know.

一般我都是喝到胃疼才加奶。
另外做Americano（expresso蒸水），latte（expresso蒸奶）或者cappucino （
expresso蒸奶加底奶），Irish （expresso蒸酒精） 其实都需要蒸馏其他液体，所以
有蒸馏机还是需要的
其实意大利阿姨跟我说，expresso的好坏只跟三样东西有关：咖啡豆，温度，和filter
咖啡机只要温度控制得好其他不重要。现在还有小店的意大利阿姨用传统的点火的蒸馏
方法和传统的clove当filter煮咖啡，那种最好喝其实。 |

看看能不能挣点儿包子。。。:) 这是我们家前年。。。的圣诞晚餐，因为“图控”(我
)的原因，变成“圣诞午餐”。做的都是常用的书里比较简单的西餐菜式，放在一起看
也有些规模哈。
开胃菜：Baked Brie with Honeyed Raspberries
材料：
1 块轮状Brie Cheese，250g左右。冷藏变硬后，把上面的白色的外皮切掉。Brie的白
色外皮在加热时是不会融化的，这样就相当于做了一个盛了奶酪的小碗。
1/4 cup蜂蜜
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1盒raspberry(6盎司)
适量rosemary做装饰
做法：
1 烤箱预热350F度，把Brie放在小盘中，入烤箱加热3-5分钟。我在盘子下面垫上隔热

INGREDIENTS
Dipping Sauce--
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons minced mint
Turkey Medallions--
1 lb ground turkey
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon minced mint
2 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 cups whole rolled oats
1 cup rye flour
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon canola oil or your favorite oil
DIRECTIONS
for the dip, stir yogurt and mint in a small mixing bowl to blend. Cover and

INGREDIENTS
Small Biscuits--
2 cups unbleached flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 vegetable shortening
2/3 cup milk
Filling--
8 OZ cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon freshe parsley, finely minced
DIRECTIONS
preheat oven to 425F
Small Biscuits--
Lightly grease a baking sheet
sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. with a pastry blender, cut
shortening into flour |

也看CLAMP
1989年，一群来自关西的小女生，凭借一本《圣传》一炮而红。这群
女生没有走日本漫画界助手——主笔的老路，而是以组合的形式，在
少女漫画界创造了长达十年的神话。
这群女生，就是CLAMP。
不知从何时起，所有的国内的漫画刊物，都会在打头阵的时介绍CLAM
P，似乎也成了一种俗，反正漫画在某些高尚人士眼中也不过是俗的
不堪一提的东西，所以今天我也来谈谈CLAMP，应该也不为过。
CLAMP有所谓的“传教三部曲”：《圣传》、《东京巴比伦》、《X》
。也有走清灵一派的《CLAMP学院侦探团》、《怪盗千面人》、《新
春香传》等。近期的佳作还有《CLOVE-R》、《喜欢 就是喜欢》，以
及现在正红得发紫的《CARDCAPTOR 樱》
一直以来，对于《圣传》、《东京》及《CLOVER》的评价都是相当的
高，而对于其它一些作品，则往往批评与叹息相间，也有说正是这些
作品的存在，使CLAMP在许多方面大打折扣，大跌水平。
诚然，这些作品的确是一些商业化成分相当高的作品，然而我却认为
正是这些作品 |
