成员，他们根本不吃药不打针，你强迫他们买保险干什么？ 比方说我那个cocaine的例
子， 有了保险，更可以肆无忌惮，对医疗服务欲取欲夺，前脚出医院， 后脚买毒品。
至于没有保险小病成大病， 有保险的也一样， 对自己身体不关心的人，有没保险有
一样，而这种人最不可能买保险。
至于保险费用高的问题， 可以考虑改革medicaid， 比方说把medicaid的一部分私有化
， 让不符合条件的购买，这样的保险有很多限制，但可以保证基本的医疗服务。 |
