Air India says the cockpit door of one of its planes got jammed during a
flight while the captain was using the toilet, forcing an unscheduled
landing by the co-pilot in central India.

最主要原因是cockpit recorder显示有一个pilot被lockout在cockpit之后
而且
1，开始降落的地方是海岸线那里，如果是cockpit里面的pilot突然心脏病了，好像不
会这么巧。看起像操作飞机的人故意从特定地点开始降落。
2，不太可能是机械故障，因为从开始降落，controller就联系不到pilot了，pilot也
没有发出mayday。
3，开始降落后，走的是直线，而且走了10多分钟，不像engine有问题，。
4，飞行员没有去附近机场迫降的意图，马赛就在航线附近，但是从heading来看飞机没
有飞去那里。
5，从最后的航速看，这个航速下飞行员本可以glide来减小伤亡，但是飞机最后撞上山
后碎片都很小。
6，最后10多分钟降落的速度也不是很快，看起来不是机械故障,而更像是controlled
descent。
7，也有报道说，到最后飞机都是有electrical power的，所以不是电力原因。
8，有人说的decompression造成pilot失去意识，我觉得不是。因为recording里能够听

cockpit门打开，就是需要60秒钟。特例是，如果cockpit里面的人在这60秒以内按deny
button，那样门就不能从外面打开。

sudden decompression导致机上的人都昏迷了。然后飞机靠自动驾驶继续前进。
这个scenario有几个问题：
1，New York times报道说法国军方内部消息说co pilot locked out of cockpit，那
就是说sudden decompression只在驾驶室里发生，没在整个机舱里发生？这样有可能么？
2，假设nyt是造谣，co pilot没被lock在外面，就是全飞机Sudden decompression .
但是这个decompression是pilot 面对紧急情况训练的最重要一项内容，很难想象这么
有经验的pilot没有reach for oxygen mask并且呼叫mayday.
3，我还是认为是cockpit内蓄意，然后在cockpit外的空姐打电话给地面，所以法国空
军才能在几分钟内就排了一架军用飞机intercept |

A JetBlue pilot suffered an eye injury when a green laser was pointed
directly into the cockpit as the plane was en route to New York's John F.
Kennedy Airport.
The FAA says the incident took place Sunday when the green laser was shone
through the windshield of JetBlue Flight 657 from Syracuse, hitting the

问题1：不要用什么radio。radio根本是模拟信号，传输距离有限，而且没有加密。飞
到大洋上去，怎么通讯呢？
改善方案：每架飞机应该有一个卫星电话，地面可以随时打上去；甚至可以强行（比如
在公司较高级别的authorization之后）接通收听cockpit的语音环境；而不是让
cockpit想turn off就turn off。
问题2：ACARS可以人工turn off
改善方案：GPS应该不间断，发到地面server；
问题3：transponder可以人工turn off。
解决放案：transponder不应该可以手动关闭。如果不断发出错误信息，应该由地面的
软件，手动and/or自动暂停接受某驾飞机的信息。
问题4：语音最多只能录2小时。
改善方案：iphone的录音，都比黑匣子长！2个小时太tama烂了。改用iphone录音算了。 |
