railway的，但是因为到达那里已经是快一点了，而一趟就要3个小时，所以我们没有坐
，也就没有达到 Mt Washington 的最高峰了。这就留到下一次吧。不过倒是看见了正
在爬山的火车，有点吓人，哈哈。到达North CONWAY的时候我就开始留意路边的小店，
因为据说这里居然有OUTLET。不过最终还是没有看到。但是CONWAY这一带住人比较多，
比较热闹是真的。LD居然还找到了一个他很喜欢的小店，给我买了一样他一直想给我买
的东西，哈哈，我是乐透了。:P

很多老美喜欢Manitou Springs，我不只一次听到人说“I can imagine myself live
in Manitou Springs for the rest of my life."Pikers Peak脚下，Barr Trail， 天
梯，Cog train。。夏天无数的活动，有一次我们散步碰到那个著名coffin race,小镇
挤得人山人海，颇有点国内赶庙会的盛况。。。我其实对Manitou Springs没那么感冒
，Barr trail很难找到parking，旅游小镇，堆满tourists，太喧闹。
LZ是怀念那段青葱岁月，以及岁月中偶尔同行的人吧，CO只充当了个模糊背景。 |

人会考虑.进门一个很小的High Ceiling, 感觉人站在一个很窄的天井里, 压抑的很.
楼living room, family room, dining room, kitchen是一个个被隔开的小房间, 导致
每个房间都不大, 才光非常差. $1.2M也许有人会考虑(房子的大小/Location), 但我自

2、取下后轮轮胎之前，变速自行车要把链条挂到最外面的cog上，否则链条会太紧。
3、取下轮胎后，如果轮胎有排水纹，要检查排水纹是否嵌进小石子（最好成为例行检
查）。哪怕它们并没有穿透轮胎，也可能会成为以后flat tire的原因。
4、有排水纹的轮胎，轮胎侧面一般有方向指示，取下/装上轮胎时要注意。不要装反。
5、用撬胎棒时，从与气嘴相对的另一侧开始，避免撬坏气嘴旁的内胎。
6、取下内胎时，也要从离气嘴较远的地方开始。原因同上。
7、内胎取下后，不要随手放在地上，免得被路上的石子划伤。可以挂在身上。
8、检查外胎内侧，看是不是有嵌进去的钉子等。
9、检查钢圈，看rim tape是不是被spoke nipple 穿透，如果是，要用电工胶贴上，否
则内胎很快就会爆掉。
10、如果补胎，打磨内胎时，最好从两个方向打磨，成十字形。
11、装上内胎时，要稍微充气。
12、装轮胎时，注意内胎不要被外胎夹住。否则会很快再次爆胎。放回去后，先打20左右压力的气，然后一边转轮子一边每个地方都捏捏，保证内胎乖乖到了外胎里边没有被压住，然后再打到40左右，再绕圈拍一圈，或者在地上颠一颠，保证 |

Several observations/issues I discovered when building it. These issues are
more or less specific to small frames.
* Triple到double的转换没有什么问题，shifter(105)和FD(105)都没有换。值得注意
的是FD的调节比triple难一些，因为变成double以后inner ring管后面6个cog，两边都
不蹭的话要调的特别合适。如果实在调不好有俩办法，一是trim，但是我比较picky，
不希望给LD增加复杂度，用double本来就是奔着简单来的。另外一个就是在FD cage开
口的螺丝上加个washer，把FD cage加宽一点。我 |

I decided to begin from 19T cog first, it gave me an easy start.
Also, I rode with it several times on my errands.
The other reason may be I did not coast much in my road bike because I kept
checking my cadencce when I rode road bike.
I am glad I finished it today, 24 miles total, 9 miles in the morning, 15
miles at night. |

is wider and the 10spd rings are closer to each other. I have use a sram
9spd chain with a ritchey compact (designed to be 9-10spd compatable), only
the 5 larger cogs are usable. the shimano 9spd chains are quite a bit
narrower but so does the r700. so I think the advantage of compact crank is
minimized. |

it coasts. and freewheel can be installed on either side of the hub.
if it doesn't coast, it's called a track cog. it can only be installed
properly on the double threaded side. you'll also need a lock ring. |
