用上了胰岛素会有体重上升。
医学上叫tolerance。 当你使用一种药物一段时间后， 你会发现药物不是那么有效了
。 机理很复杂， 不多说。 我用的是layman language。 大家都知道， 吃饭的时候，
多喝了几罐可乐， 就不想吃饭了， 这部分是因为你得到了足够的糖， 你的大脑误认
为已经饱了。 如果你喝的是diet， 效果是一样的， 你不会再吃饭了。 结果你的胰岛
素等在那里，你的身体却得不到糖， 后果是什么？ 以后不管你喝什么， 胰岛素不会
那么轻易分泌了。
吃饭时喝也是一个道理。 比方说饭的卡路里是90，coke是10. 受影响的胰岛素就是10%
。 当然， 一天两天， 一罐两罐的不是问题， 我指的是一个习惯问题。
一句话， 不要轻信diet就无节制的喝。

零度可乐以标榜近乎零的卡路里(1.3卡/听)受糖尿病患者及对体重关切的爱美人士欢迎,
但是到底零度可乐是否安全? 这里涉及到一个普遍性的问题是人工甜味剂的安全性. 零
度可乐里使用的人工甜味剂包括aspartame, saccharin, sucralose. Saccharin俗称糖
精, 因为有致癌性, 被中国弃用, 但是, 在今天的COCA-COLA的自动售货机的DIET COKE
中仍然含少量Saccharin.
人工甜味剂尽管热量含量少, 但是, 甜味剂并不是生理生化上的惰性物质. 2007年有两
篇PNAS文章揭示了这一点. 其重要原因是, 甜味本身激活生物体信号传导途径, 不管这

If you put in codes EBCS and EBFC online at Domino's you will end up with a
box of cinnastix for free and a 2-liter Coke product for free.
I got charged tax on the free stuff somehow so it was $.05 for me.
YMMV on whether you're adventurous enough to go pick this deal up and
whether the codes work in your stores. You can pay for the carryout order
