一般可见光的相干长度很小 所以particle距离大于微米级的话就观察不到PhC之类和coherence相关的效应了

用沸腾的个sodium citrate 还原金，一般可以得到50nm左右的colloidal gold.
2. seed mediated method.（El-Sayed）
先用NaBH4 还原纳米金颗粒，用CTAB做活性剂，然后，用此稀释的seed solution 加入
到Au+ CTAB, 用大量ascorbic acid作为还原剂，可以得到立方体的金颗粒。
我做实验时发现要是鸡婆搅拌超过10s，会有很多别的形状，还请高手解答下下。

可以。需要一个尺度在1个微米左右（a few hundred nm is OK too）。另外一个尺度
比第一个尺度小一些（1/10 to 1/4）。 同时这些颗粒需要可以在colloidal
suspension里有稳定悬浮。

的，而pentaspan／hespan是人造淀粉状物，两者对肾脏功能不好的人都要慎用，http://www.caccn.ca/en/pdfs/ICU%20Talk.pdf
其它也没找到什么时候该用哪个更好。比如marino 的 the icu book中比较详细介绍了
各种colloid and crystalloid, 他认为albumin 和hetastarch最大区别就是价格--“
hetastarch is less costly". 我所在医院的cabg standing order上对volume
expansion 列出三个选项让医生勾选：hespan 500ml x ___ for ___; albumin 5% in
500 ml ns x ____ for ____; transfuse ____ units lprbc's for hct <24% hgb < 8
.0. 我只见过他们选albumin 和prbc. 下次可以问问他们为什么从不用pentaspan/
hespan. |

从来没听说过这个病～我也不是医学院的人～只好在版里求助了，我朋友发给我的描述:
我妈起初是因为腹痛去的医院，后经检查大夫说是子宫肌瘤，所以做了手术，将子宫切
除了，在手术过程中发现阑尾也有病变，就一并切除了阑尾。但是将细胞拿来做病理切
片的时候，医生说已经发现了癌细胞。而具体是因为阑尾导致的，还是子宫肌瘤导致的
，还是卵巢导致没有分析出来。因为癌细胞扩散了！我想让你帮我的就是美国那边专业
治疗子宫癌症或者治疗癌症的医院能否解决。这个癌症被军医看后说是叫：粘液癌症（
或者叫粘液腺癌），我在百度查到的癌症英文名为Mucoid carcinoma or colloid
carcinoma。
帮我问下，只要能治，有办法，我们直接飞过去！

联系医生，做了B超，大小是1.8cm x 1.5cm，也验了血，甲状腺功能正常。
之后做了穿刺，医生说是良性的colloid nodules，不需要做任何东西。她让我至少1年
检查一次，注意观察肿瘤的大小。
之后，顺利生下孩子，每半年检查一次。现在我家宝宝快２岁了，最近每６个月的检查
发现肿瘤比原来小了。2012.4.28, B超说是结节变小了，1.4 x 1.2 cm, TSH也正常。
希望能慢慢变小吧。马上要去做下一次的检查了，希望一切正常。医生说只要不变大，
就不需要再做穿刺，定期检查就行了。
很奇怪你做了穿刺怎么不能确定是良性还是恶性的？ |

地研究，把肿瘤及其周围完完全全地看过才能确定。你如果不同意上回穿刺的结果，可
以自己要求拿着片子找第二个病理大夫看看。没有再穿刺的理由。
Colloid nodule是另外一回事。 |
